At the height of the pandemic I order plates for two and opon the waiter returning to the window with my credit card for signature I viewed the kitchen worker prepare my meal without a face covering. I requested he wear a mask while preparing my food. The waiter then stated that I wasn't wearing a mask while in my vehicle outside in the drive thru. I stated that I wasn't preparing food. That was the second time I went there to see the kitchen staff not wearing mask. I told her that I felt her comments were being a smart___ and cancelled my order without signing the credit card receipt since the order had not been prepared. I get home to see that the card transaction had been submitted to the bank. I have been a customer of theirs for years...

I’ve gone three times to this restaurant and all 3 times very disappointed. Lonches were stale as if the bread was microwaved. Food quality really sucks, at least at dinner time. Maybe they’re just not into producing good food at that time and more worried if not getting any pots and pans dirty. Almost $19 for 2 orders of lonches that come in 4s, no beans or drink with this. Now, the Yirehs in Elsa is really good and I have but good things to say about that restaurant. I just thought they would be the same since it’s the same owner, I think.
