Dunkin' — Restaurant in Enfield

Today was the second day in a row I had to wait for at least 10 minuets to get service and my drink. I went inside yesterday and stood at the counter for 10 minuets before someone took my order. I order a simple coffee. I was not the only one who was waiting a long time yesterday. I was talking to a women waiting for her takeout order. She had placed the order and selected ready for pick up 20 minuets before and she was still waiting. This morning I went through the drive thru hoping it would be faster because it went faster yesterday. But today I waited 15 minuets in the drive thru. I was not the only person who was getting angry. I could hear the guy in front of me swearing and getting angry. The women behind me was talking to they car behind her about how long she had been waiting. They are training a new girl on the morning shift. This girl does not have any idea what she is doing. She has been training for at least 2 weeks already. She does not work well under pressure clearly. They need to train her on a different shift or fire her. She has horrible customer service. I will now be going to the Dunkin’ Donuts in west leb instead of wasting my time...

Very inconsistent and I mean everything from coffee food and staff, never the same management week to week, staff very unprofessional especially younger staff. Seems like no one there really cares about their customers and this seems to be due to major lack of any type of leadership. The only interaction I’ve seen from upper management that comes into the store is to put down and yell at the store level management and staff. When there is staff there that actually cares about customer service and doing their job, they don’t stay at this location long which I don’t blame them. This place needs a 100% overhaul from upper management down... I had a very horrible experience there one evening so I spoke to the shift leader the next morning (no management that evening) no apologies of any sort exact words “you are usually here in the morning, why were you here at 7:30pm?” Really???? To top everything off is the amount of time you have to wait in line usually 10 to 15 mins and that’s if there is only 3 people...

Review updated June, 2024: still the best Dunks!! Everything tastes good, and staff is friendly or friendly-enough and often remember and prepare our drink orders before we even order (and one guy even came out to give a munchkin to our dog!). Good people, good stuff.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is the best Dunks I’ve ever been to - and as a Boston native and huge Dunks fan, I’ve been to a million DDs. As a new-ish Enfield resident, I go here almost every day. Everything just tastes good here: the iced coffee is consistently well-brewed - at other Dunks, it's like a 2 out of 3 chance that the coffee will be well-brewed (well-brewed as in strong, not diluted, not stale-tasting) - at this Dunks, it's like a 19 out of 20 chance (once in a blue moon, it's a little old-tasting or whatnot, but whatever!). Also, the donuts and breakfast foods always taste very fresh in the AM. Lastly, staff is nice, and the store is newly renovated and clean. It’s weird how much I love this dunks, but it’s...
