This is our second year attending the Sportsman Caucus. Our event was held in the Atrium. What a great space! The event brought together a diverse group of legislators, sportsmen, wildlife management agencies, non-profits, as well as energy companies to share ideas, celebrate accomplishments & collaborate future endeavors. The event was an even bigger success than last year. The staff went above & beyond by anticipating our groups comfort & expectations. The owners Laki & Pam worked alongside the best of the best wait staff. The event went off seemlessly. The sound system was ready to go & sounded great! The amazing team took initiative long before the event to assure a cool, enjoyable setting. The food was not only well presented but was something you might see in a gourmet magazine. It tasted as delicious as it looked the entire length of our event. The wait staff was incredible. They were all very gracious, professional & always smiling. You barely had to look up & they were already attending to your need. The cloth covered tables were cleared constantly. The staff worked together beautifully, sharing every responsibility in an expeditious manner. I myself had the pleasure of speaking with them all throughout the evening. Each & everyone was incredibly intelligent & very personable. My husband & I also had the pleasure of spending some time with the owners Laki & Pam, who echoed our observations of their amazing staff & their appreciation to them. The owners were delightful & unwavering in their pursuit to give each & and every one of their guests a memorable experience. Thank you, Laki & Pam & your amazing staff for knocking it out of the park yet again!

I’m sure on a day that isn’t Valentine’s Day, this place is better, but we made 8PM reservations and didn’t get to sit until after 8:30. Not that big of a deal. We can be patient. But Then when we are seated, it takes more than 10 minutes to place drink orders. Then a table that arrived after us and was seated after us, gets greeted by our waiter and they are instantly able to place drink orders and food orders. they get their drinks before we even get to order our food. Then we get our drinks. Then our waiter goes away for another 10 minutes or so. Finally when the table next to us who got seated after us gets their salads, we are finally able to order. It’s very upsetting and frustrating. This place ran out of ALL forms of potatoes and roasted veggies. All they have is salad, peas and rice. I guess we reserved and came and waited for only a steak and seafood and a salad essentially. we still don’t have bread and butter which the table who arrived after us and got seated after us have received. I have yet to eat anything here after being here for more than an hour so will return with how the food is but so far between the prices and the service, this place does not seem to be worth while. Update* approximately 7 minutes later, they are out of rice. The table next to us who arrived after us got their food and we JUST received our bread at the same time. Still no salads or apps or any drink refills.

08/18/2022: New server Alexa was awesome. Never wouldbhave known she was only on her second week. Food was, as usual, exceptional. Only place Ive ever dined at that had Metallica on piano..lol. will be back again soon! 2022 Update: Have eaten twice since the first review. Both times the meal was near perfection. Definitely has become our go to place for fine dining. Michael was a hilarious plus. He was our server and took good care of us. All around a great place to get good food. Google was nice enough to recommend or we never would have heard of the place. So the service was fantastic, and the food was very good. We had oysters Rockefeller and escargot for appetizers. Both prepared nicely and served hot. Salad was good. Had scallops and wife had lobster. Both were good, but not quite up to the quality standards I would have expected compared to the appetizers. Lobster was slightly over cooked, as was the scallops. But.. just very slightly, and I am being picky. Overall, nice place and we will definitely come back.

If you are looking for a time warp, you might enjoy this place. It was so odd and service was so bad, we never even stayed to eat. At a very high price point for Harrisburg, this stuff is inexcusable. But the biggest caution to everyone is wine pricing. I've never seen such high mark-ups anywhere. I'm talking three to six times retail. No joke. A wine at the State Store currently retailing for $9.99 was $59. Another retailing for $23 was $97. Others that were less than $15 retail, are on their list for in excess of $50-60. I realize they have a "Wine Spectator" award, but that means nothing when the pricing is so offensive. They list many, many wines in the multiple hundreds of dollars per bottle, and some in the thousands of dollars per bottle, meant for lobbyists and people on huge expense accounts. Clearly a rip-off for someone wanting a nice bottle at a reasonable price to enjoy with dinner. Now the weird service style. Main courses are brought to the tables with a plastic "cover, just like they deliver food to hospital rooms. Tables were bussed using a trolley just like in a cafeteria. The bread which is listed as "homemade baked bread and rolls" was actually two slices of average Italian bread on a plain plate with the little plastic butter containers. Again, just like a college cafeteria. All this in an expensive "white tablecloth" restaurant Our order was finally taken after more than 20 minutes of waiting and after about another 15 minutes my appetizer was served and the waitress whisked away. We had to flag her down and ask where my wife's appetizer was. She was completely flustered and obviously had no idea. She left and returned 5 minutes later and said it would be out in a while. Well, she clearly never put in the order. That was it for me. The combination of all of the above was too much to take, especially when dinner would have been over $200 for two. We just paid for our extremely overpriced wine, took the bottle with us, and left. Now maybe we missed out on some decent food, who knows, however, the whole scene just to...

Well the meal started off waiting over 5 minutes for our drink orders. Our main server Robert spoke very slow.... When we got our appetizers the oysters were very thin, they didn't separate them from the shell and that would have been fine but they didn't give us the little fork to do it ourselves either. The shrimp and scallops were so overcooked it was like eating rubber. We ordered a bone in delmonico to share, the menu said that there were 2 different choices of vegetables and when we asked what the steamed version was he just said they didnt have anything but roasted brussel sprouts... again no apology or anything... there was no limited menu for valentines day... we ordered medium rare for the steak and it came out medium well. Server never cleared used plates between salad and the steak. Salad was brown and hardly any dressing. During the main meal and after eating half the steak the server robert who was speaking very slow now couldn't seem to stop talking, speaking very fast we could hardly understand him. After he cleared the plates (even while my girlfriend was still eating a couple pieces of steak) he brought over a couple pieces of pie and we said we didn't want anything because we were full... then he stuck his hand in my girlfriends wine glass and spilled wine all over her and the table.... he just kept stammering and said he "didn't know why he did that" he never even apologized about it and he would get us another glass because "luckily it was the house wine" after bringing over the glass of wine he then dropped off a piece of pecan pie.. (tasted like it was a frozen pie made weeks ago)... we thought maybe it was because he spilled the wine.... until the bill came and we were charged for it... I used to be a server from places like Ruby Tuesday to The Circular Dinning Room in the Hershey Hotel (i think now called just the Circular).... For a place that is supposed to be "fine dinning" ive never had a...

Worst experience ever. I made reservations for a special occasion. It was special alright! Horribly special. 1.) seated with no menu as the waiter goes to take a order and realized this.. 2.) waiter was the pits 3.) ordered coffee. Waiter forgot it. 3.) 10 minutes later the waiter brings a cup of cold coffee 4.) we advised the waiter that the coffee was cold. Training waitress Brings another cup steaming hot but it tasted old like it’s been sitting all day, Horrible. 5.) it’s freezing cold in there. So cold another waiter says “ it is Artic cold right here.” No one asks if we are alright/ if we wanted the air turned down, Nothing. After 35 minutes of waiting we finally get our appetizer and salad, with 2 pieces of sliced bread and frozen butter ( in plastic ) 6.) we waited 40 minutes in the freezing cold for the waiter to come and check on us. Only to advise us that the food will be a little while longer. As we advised him that we were contemplating leaving. So we wait. 7.) another 15/20 minutes waiter comes back and says “ I’m sorry but we are backed up.” We are still freezing. We get the manager (I assume) and advise her that we are uncomfortably cold. She turns the air down, but by this time I am frost bitten and still haven’t gotten my food. I got up and advised the manager that we are leaving. She says “your food just came out.” We advised her that we don’t want it and to keep it. We paid for it and left. This was my first time here. I heard this was a really good place. I have never experienced horrific service like this. I have gotten better service at McDonald’s. So is this what we call fine dining? I spent $135.00 for the worst Dining experience ever. Lesson; If the coffee is bad then the service and food...
