Burger King — Restaurant in Enterprise

I live in the neighborhood of this burger king for 6 yrs, when we found out they were building a burger king we were very excited cause there's not much in the area besides a jack in the box.

The first month they opened everything was great, the food and customer service. Shortly after opening everything went south very fast, every time we attempt to eat there the entire order is either wrong or the food is old and dry so we stopped eating there all together and we gave them plenty chances.

It's been at least a year now since we ate there, and today we decided to give it another shot. We ordered firey chicken fries, and a kids meal with a plain cheese burger, very simple. Well we got home and pulled the food out, the fries must had been sitting hours and were dead cold and dry, here's the part I'm super pissed about and felt compelled to write this review to warn others about this burger king, the Palin cheese burger in the kids meal, they wiped off the ketchup and mustard so to make it look like it was "now plain" OMFG I am so heated I drove this food right back to the store and told the manager about them selves. While I was waiting for my refund I'm standing there watching the cook prepare food with gloves on but constantly wipes his hand on his shirt and repetitively reaches down to pull up his pants by the belt while he is wearing the gloves and then continues to prepare more food, how gross is that.

I have several negative words for this place I can't even begin to express here, but here are a few, gross, vial, imoraly wrong too order a plain cheese burger for my son and they wipe off the ketchup and mustard completely gross, very possible the cook that has trouble keeping his pants up wiped it off with the same gloves!

NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT THIS BURGER KING DIVE HOLE AGAIN!!! IF THEY CANT GET ANYTHING RIGHT AFTER 3 YRS, THEY NEVER WILL!

ON A SIDE NOTE THEY ARE BUILDING A COSTCO SHOPPING CENTER ACCROSS THE STREET ON BERMUDA AND ST ROSE AND I CANNOT WAIT!

I recently went to this location and placed my order for the mushroom melt but instead of beef I wanted 1 impossible patty instead. I got home and noticed that the patty was much smaller than the impossible patty and it didn't smell like the impossible patty.I had a long day and was so hungry and just wanted to enjoy my meal but when I saw that I had to drive all the way back to the location for them to correct my order...when I returned and told them what happened they were all acting goofy and laughing the lady who I assumed might have been the manager insulted my intelligence by lying to me,trying to take sides with her co worker by telling me"That is the impossible patty, my coworker just cut it up for you because the patty wouldn't fit on the bun"First of all STOP LYING because if the patty was cut, then the edges of it would've been crumbly looking and it wasn't, the edges were smooth and second I didn't ask you to cut my patty(why would you take matters like that in your own hands)just keep it real and say we were back here joking and laughing and we weren't paying attention.but to insult my intelligence right to my face by telling me that what I received was an impossible patty was very insulting, not to mention DANGEROUS...some people might have an allergic reaction to beef(which is exactly what you guys gave me BEEF)The young boy who made the mistake even apologized to me because he clearly knew he was in the wrong...its okay to have a little fun at your job, but not when its at the customers expense.I definitely didn't appreciate that and will not be going there when those people are working...being goofy and not...

Did a mobile online order because that's the only option it offered for the free whopper. Requested carryout. Got there and they didn't start making my order until after being there over 10 minutes. Missing the frozen come drink we ordered. Placed my orders on a tray. Requested that my onion rings NOT be put into salty bin or salty scoop to be used, asked for them to be taken straight out of fried basket. Twice they threw them into salty bin and used salty scoop. Then they just stopped working on my order. Told them I wanted my money back, Liz refused to give me a refund for the orders. Rubbery tried to pass off a small drink for the large we paid for. I said that's not a large size the guy lied and said yes it is. The so called manager Liz, grabs another cup and starts putting in cherry flavor. I said we ordered COKE NOT CHERRY. She aggrieved that the other one was cherry. I said we only had COKE NOT CHERRY. Then she purposely put it into a medium size cup and when I got back to the house my son said it wasn't a large either. When I told Liz that the guy lied and said the small was a large when I said that's not a large, she replied it was an accident he's only worked there 3 days. When there's 3 different sizes how can you mistake a small cup for a large. So what is her excuse, she's the so called manager and she passes off a medium for a large when I refused the small for the large we paid for. She also tried to make me leave without giving me our food or a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. AVOID AS MUCH...
