The Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Epworth

Average small town pizza. It's not my favorite pizza, but it doesn't cost that much either. They often have brunch buffets, I don't know if they have brunch regularly, but they are very popular locally on family oriented holidays such as mother's day.

To say a little more about the pizza, they use an oven were the pizza passes through, getting a consistent cook time, so your pizza is never burnt, but it won't have the same character you get from a brick oven. They use a fair amount of cheese. The other toppings are the standard pizza fair, ranging from supreme to taco, but no fancy artichoke pizza here.

There is plenty of seating and the place always seems reasonably clean.

Kids working don't seem to care, table was dirty & they had zero customers; eating freezie pops in back & when approached counter just continued conversation & sucking on freezie pop while smiling at me but never asking if I needed anything; pizza wasn't fully cooked, had to send back for dough to be more done; pitcher of beer was totally flat & for some reason had a citrus flavor, we didn't even drink it. The food isn't bad but working at a service place myself, I wasn't impressed. The staff was rude and felt like they didn't wanna help us. The waitress couldn't even describe a simple burger to us. It just felt unwelcome. Their meat was microwaved at best(Luke warm). No sour cream with our nachos or taco burger and no sauce for our garlic bread. Wasnt even crispy like it should be.
