Pizza House — Restaurant in Erwin

The food is terrible, terrible sauce, spaghetti, etc. The service is even worse! Rude, and descriminate. The staff, employees, pick and chose who they will wait on first. Left me waiting at the counter for over 35 minutes with no one in front of me to take my to go order and walked past me several times. They even pick on my little brother who has social anxieties, autistic. A regular customer who walks there alone because we live down the road from this pizza house. Now because of a bad review they refuse him service. I have even witnessed them not washing their hands after using the restroom etc. Touching the food with their bare hands after coughing and touching money. Disgusting. THERE IS ROACHES AS WELL! I wish there were more eateries to choose from in Erwin because that's probably the main reason this place gets any business. FUTHERMORE since I can find no option to replace to the owned of this establishment I have to do it this way on this app. My little brother had autism, he came in the house from this place yesterday evening upset and anxious he has actually left NO REVIEWS PERIOD. He said the woman got in his face banking her fists on the table and yelled at him and he was so confused he came home told us about it and went to his room upstairs and started pacing because he is autistic that's something they do when they are trouble. He says he didn't leave a bad review asked the woman to please get out of her fa e. He said he had not even been in there except about a month ago with my mother before yesterday and I was in there 3 weeks ago and it os always the same people with bad attitudes and our friends say they always have to wait for their drinks for a long time and I got tired of being ignored as well. I cannot stand by and let someone like my brother have his spirits crashed like that it takes him so much just to go out in public but he is also a missionary at his catholic church he does what he can my mother and brother will just accept it and pray about it but I have worked in customer service for 15 years and this is just horrible shouldnt treat psying customers this way at all if you hate your job or life don't push that energy onto the public. Update, I wanted to update this post to let everyone know that we really enjoy eating here. And I have added a Star. Also, during these difficult times please come out and support our local restaurants. They need us more than every.

Newly opened. Give them a try. Since they opened we didn't get to visit right away. Staff was friendly and got us seated quickly. We took some time to review the menu. The three of us ordered something different to sample more dishes. I had the gyro, wife had chicken Alfredo, daughter pizza. Every dish was tasty and alot of food. One thing that will stand out is the disposable dishes. We didn't care but a woman near us was talking about it. Often they do this for license / health code. Or Maybe they are just New and waiting on supplies. Met the owners, very nice folks. I am sure you will enjoy your meal. And I will be reviewing this place again to adjust...

We ordered food, and we were waiting for over an hour and most of the workers were just sitting and talking, and sitting at the counter doing nothing. It took someone 20 minutes to see us and get us our food. And my sister got a Baked Citi and they didn’t put it in our food. Do not recommend.🫤. And mind you that most of the staff were sitting around doing nothing and talking about stuff that should be talked in a private place like over the phone at their house but no they were so loud I could hear them in the line and they weren’t working while talking they were just leaning on the wall talking and one one or two of the staff were actually doing their job. The service was not satisfying and the food including the fries and bacon cheese fries were soggy.. Thank you for letting us eat here but I’m pretty sure we won’t come...
