SLOW. We made the mistake of coming back, hoping we just caught them on a bad day—and NOTHING has changed. It feels like you're always waiting upwards of 30+ minutes just standing there just to place an order. One woman was so hyperfocused on fixing the paper towel dispenser while a line of people stood there waiting. It was almost as if she was doing it on purpose to avoid doing her actual job, as the line piled up toward the door! The other woman making the sandwiches was ridiculously slow with a customer—to the point that it genuinely felt intentional, just to avoid addressing the growing line! And if you manage to get there before others? They hide in the back and still take forever to come out. And when they finally do? They act completely irritated that you're even there, like you're the problem and its such an inconvenience to them for...

I hate leaving a bad review for the Riverside store in Espanola being that I love the food there, but today when I went I got the worst service ever. One of the ""sandwich artists"" was very rude, actually cussed at me and invited me to go outside where she could assault me. I been going to this place for years and I've never been treated with so much disrespect. I always thought subway hired people that are kind not thugs that want to immediately jump over the counter and throw blows. This was a girl, whom I speak about. Sad I have to give a bad review on the whole store since neither one of them use name tags. Maybe that's why they don't wear them so they can harass customers without getting in trouble. I hate to leave such a negative review. We have been going to this location for years now and the majority of the time they are really late with our food and forget to include ingredients that we pay for. On multiple occasions we order ahead through the mobile app and we have to wait 20 minutes to 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time in order to receive our order and it is very rarely correct. The whole reason we use the mobile app is so we don't have to wait in line but that's what we end up doing anyways. We have finally decided to take our...
