Phillips Cider Bar & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Essex Township

We enjoy the service, food, and atmosphere at Phillips Pizzeria, Maple Rapids. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambience in the bar is incredible, and the decor is absolutely beautiful! We mostly enjoy a meat lovers pizza and add red onions, mushrooms, and yellow peppers. The crust for pizza and sandwiches is the best! We love the cider beers, to top it off! If you are looking for a fun meal, stop by Phillips. And ask for a Terry and Susan Special. You won't be sorry!! The main servers we like are Travis and Jake. I wanted to give more stars but the last couple times I ve been there, my items were overcooked to the point i would not have served them. But previous to these last 2 times, This place was amazing! So I believe it has to do with the new people cooking!

So, it’s no longer CONSISTENTLY great or amazing pizza! Please stop overcooking! I don’t like 3/4 black crust. I will be back ☺️

The atmosphere is absolutely amazing for the small town of Maple. This is an upscale place with fine and affordable food. The cider is wonderful. We tried all of them. I then ordered a small Marry Me Chicken pizza and it was literally the best pizza I've ever had in my life. In that moment it paired so well with the cider. Everything was fresh! There is an all gender bathroom clearly labeled. Service was phenomenal. Greg is wonderful and so kind. He has wonderful staff as well. We can't wait to go back and try more food from the menu!!...
