MUNCHEEZ EUCLID — Restaurant in Euclid

Ordered food for delivery and never received it. They didn't accommodate me as a customer and I couldn't even speak with a manager. I waited on the phone with the delivery driver and the cashier Antwone for the manager that was supposedly taking out the trash. They didn't know if they gave my food to a prior delivery driver or some random person. They didn't refund my money and they ended up hanging up on me because the store was closing. I placed that order almost 2 hours ahead of closing time and was told my food was on the way and then come to find out it wasn't. They literally tried to rob me of my money and food. I had to argue with customer service from UBER Eats which did give me my money back but this place DOESN'T care about their customers or try to establish good customer service. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO TRY TO GET FOOD DELIVERED FROM. THEY'RE SKETCHY PEOPLE. I can't tell you about the food now because we never received it. But I used to live in the apartments next to this Muncheez back in 2019 and the food was good and so was the customer service and the owner but not any longer. I don't know what happened and how they went from caring to not buy it's truly unfortunate especially when you pay $40 for food that you didn't get and they didn't care if you received it or not. Welp...First things first my rating is solely based on my experience. I order Buffalo Chicken Wrap with fries the wrap was ok wasn't bad the fries was over cooked and dry aside from that the food ordered was just ughh.. ok. that's a positive & I feel they have a lot of potential But... I wouldn't come again.. reason being is Professionalism it's just not there at least for me in my personal opinion as a business owner myself that is very important. My personal experience the two young ladies in the front..its a no from me they just wasn't helpful or any enthusiasm or well professionalism food wasn't ready in time frame given and I called well in advance or started for that matter so I had to wait the young lady didn't take my name at order or told me my combo came with drinks I had to look that up on the internet myself and had a attitude that I asked about it. One girl was to busy doing Instagram live VERY unprofessional and she was taken my payment information how am I to know that the person on her live didn't see my credit card info while she has her phone propped up in front of the credit card machine the other young lady in the White Hoody seemed bothered that I came in and disturbed her from eating her wings to give them my business it just a no for me. Not only was the philly not very tasty but the service is VERY unprofessional. A bunch of young ppl that noone has taught proper customer service.

SAD RECENT UPDATE: I decided to give this location another try since it was on my way to work and I was hungry. I ordered 2 cheese steaks today. The meat taste FREEZER BURNED/ BREAD WASNT FRESH. I called to notify a manager at 8pm of the issue and he was no help to future customers not myself after basically saying that it wasn't his shift so if wasn't his problem and he didn't sound concerned at all.
