This is the 2nd time I've been here, and the service has been terrible! We walked in and placed our order and was told it would be 20 mins. So 30 mins goes by, and no one has said anything to us. Others have come in and placed orders and picked up some called in orders. There was a large order we saw them put on the counter so we figured they would be calling us soon. 40 mins and still no word or acknowledgment about our order. A customer walks in to pick up the large order. They made more (wings) than he ordered, but instead of taking taking those and giving them to those of us waiting, they let that customer walk out with (50) extra wings no charge. I get up and ask the young man when the rest of our orders would be up. He said soon. 10 more mins passed, and I asked again and told him we had been waiting 50 minutes, which was 30 mins more than we were told. The guys doing the cook said, "With an attitude, we had a big order. I politely told him that was fine, but when you tell someone 20 mins and now it's a hr later, that's not good. He mumbled something. At this point, they started our order. They hadn't even begun! I like the food but not their service nor the attitude of the workers. Ok so like a few months ago I picked up a Doordash order from this place for a customer and my car smelled so good I had to go back.

I seriously can’t type words that do justice to how awesome this food is. I got the steak, chicken, and shrimp bowl on potatoes (it’s an option instead of rice). Service was great, staff was chill and friendly. Portion size was solid for the price. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes were buttery, the meats had depth to their flavors. They give you a mix of sauces on top and underneath in the meats and veggies that creates this amazing… Cleveland/Philly/city-style? mix of things. You can get a whole different set of full flavors depending on where you take a bite from. Sweet, creamy, tangy, garlic, butter, meaty. There’s zero excess sauce or oil sitting at the bottom, nothing felt greasy or overdone or anything. Like, you almost never see places like this serving hearty, layered food with multiple sauces and seasonings get the portioning and texture right with EVERYTHING....

If i could only not give a star at all! Not very welcoming! Staff rude with non- caring attitude! My Food was not made properly! I ordered a chicken and steak rice bowl and he told me ok but we are out of mushrooms and onions and peppers i said that's fine because i dont want them anyway . I told him 3 times make sure there is no onion or mushrooms and i asked to add broccoli they wouldnt give me the broccoli free considering they were out of all vegetables supposively! So i drive all the way home to have the veggies i asked not to be on there!!!!! Wow!!!! On top of that i dont live close!! I called and called to not get through!!!! Im highly upset as i payed 16$ for my food not to be eaten and i was so mad i threw it away!!! I will never go back here again!! They Dont accomidate you for the money your paying and to get my order wrong!!!! Dont waist your money or time!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! 👎 I want my money back or food...
