Sweetroz classic custard — Restaurant in Euclid

Not sure what happened .there’s a older lady with glasses who is very sweet who works there every time I’m there . Today, A black haired lady messed up my 3 year olds ice cream by not putting syrup on it. Let alone, she gave me my ice cream first when everyone knows your always supposed to get the kids out the way first before the adults . So then my daughter was upset because she didn’t have one . I get my daughters ice cream I had to wait for it just for it to be melted when handed out the window like it was already ready and just not handed it out when it should’ve been. Unacceptable experience. Then when I corrected her mistake on the chocolate syrup, she said I didn’t say it when I did. The attitude was there and was just unacceptable. Then she goes on to say .75 cent up charge for syrup which is insane because I was just there three days ago same order with chocolate syrup, and it was still 7.75 . 7.75 today with no syrup. Not sure what happened...

So the other day I asked if they could make a peanut butter milkshake because it wasn’t a listed flavor on the menu. The man at the window said he could and made the 5 that I ordered for me and my coworkers. There was an additional charge for the ingredients but it was totally worth it! Hands down the best tasting milkshake I’ve had AND had the right consistency where you could actually drink it through the straw. The people in the neighborhood don’t know how good they have it, and the people who have never been there don’t know what...

i used to go come here when I lived in the area . i went back yesterday & the lady & man was VERY RUDE . the lady literally took my girlfriend spoon out of her ice cream & put it in another customers Ice cream as if she got the wrong spoon .
