The lady that made my husband and I are sandwich was super sweet yesterday. We even have some good laughter with her and she was making our sandwich exactly why we wanted it. Also the other lady with her working who cast us out was very sweet also. She even made sure to give us some extra paper to wrap our sandwich in even know we were dining in because she knew we were traveling and that more than likely I probably would not be able to eat my entire footlong. I used to work at a subway and I have eaten at tons of subways in my lifetime and this Subway by far had to be the best one I had ever been to with the most nicest people working there. The area was not a very nice area it was kind of hood like but for the area you would have thought you would have got horrible service and it was totally the opposite. Just goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover. Thank you so much to this Subway restaurant for giving us the perfect service because usually all the subways I go to the people stand they're making your sandwiches as if you are a burden to their lives and because you asked for extra black olives or whatever it is they act like it is an inconvenience so thank you for not acting that way as most subways do I cannot stand to go into a place to eat and they act as if you are a burden this place was totally the opposite they made me feel more than welcomed almost like family. To all the other subways with the workers that have bad attitudes if you don't like your job go get a new one you need to take notes or lessons from these two ladies at this Subway because these two ladies are definitely number...
Read moreNot the first time I tried to grab a bite to eat when they said they were open on the website and the light in the window says open and the door locked like Fort Knox! Granted it was 15 min before their advertised closing times, I might close early if I was slow too!!! But turn your street light and open light off!!! Thanks for the false hope! She quickly responded “9:45, I ain’t trying to be here any longer than needed.” I explained what I wanted and she started to toast it, the toaster threw and error code and I tried to bring it to here attention. She was too focused on a mobile order and proceeded to complete their meal before finishing mine. When she handed the mobile order over to the customer she looked at me and apologized for having to do that first. I admitted it wasn’t her fault but I was going to let them keep my sandwich. Read moreI placed an order at 6:45 pm and my email stated it would be ready at 7:05 pm. I sent my husband to the wrong location and at 7:14 pm I get a call from the store that they have no bread and it would take 74 minutes to make more bread. They were busy and had no time to check my online order that came through. I informed them my husband was already on the way and they can explain it. My husband arrives and they tell him they only have wheat and jalapeño bread. I ordered wheat for one of my sandwiches. Then they proceed to ask my husband for our order as if they don’t have it somewhere in the table near by. They had it when they called me. Not to mention they cut my sandwich after I specifically asked them not to cut either sandwich. We asked for management and management was no where to be found at or near the store.
