The Meltdown — Restaurant in Eugene

"THE MELTDOWN" is otherwise known as "DENNY'S" Restaurant. It's a business deal between a large delivery outfit and Denny's. They take Denny's menu; for example Denny's famous Grand Slammich and rename it to "Hitting Snooze melt" then jack up the price, plus a hefty delivery charge and sometimes a service charge and don't forget to tip the driver or your food won't make it there in a timely fashion. Meltdown is Denny's... Burger Den is Denny's... Just get outta the house and go sit and eat at Denny's. Oh!! And fries...

The manager I spoke with was very kind and directed us to the delivery service to request a refund. Unfortunately, we did not receive one of our drinks and one of the sandwiches was wrong. While we understand things being missed from orders and orders being incorrect, we are incredibly off put by what our son found in his sandwich. When our son went to take a bite he found the plastic that separates the cheese baked in to his sandwich. :/ We have always loved getting Meltdown, but now we will not be ordering...

Surprise surprise! It's Denny's. Overpriced Denny's at that. Ordered the brisket sandwich on uber eats before realizing that it's Denny's. Quality is subpar. Somehow it was cold even though I waited inside the restaurant since it wasn't ready...
