Was definitely sad when this business sold but hopeful, unfortunately that hope died quickly. Not only had the food gone extremely downhill, with the wraps being mostly lettuce and no chicken or ranch, but also the service. The last time i dined in the casino side the old lady working couldn’t give me the time a day to finish even one request of mine. After repeatedly waving her down for a drink order, food order, and bill, we eventually got a bill that wasn’t ours and had to wait another 15 minutes while she helped “regulars” and continually ignored our table. The last time dining in was on the restaurant side where my family had to watch two tables, who came in at least 10+ minutes after my family had already been there, get their food first. The waitress said it was her first time working alone and that someone else took our pizzas, mind you there was about 3-4 tables dining in so not busy. My biggest pet peeve, at any restaurant, are scrambled eggs that are not scrambled. I received my order with what looked like a microwaved fake circular egg that was folded over as in an omelette. This was supposed to be their impersonation of scrambled eggs. I’m not sure if they serve real eggs after this meal. They do charge extra for the second egg; fake or real.
Scrambled eggs are self explanatory. If you do serve fake microwaved pre-made frozen eggs that’s unacceptable.
If you serve real eggs you need to scramble them please. It’s simple. It requires a spatula, butter, eggs and motion. There is no chopping noises to break up a fried egg. That’s a fried egg.
Please see if you can get the simple scrambled egg right. Thanks.

Read moreThe new owners have changed most things. The food takes forever usually 45 minutes or longer...even for breakfast) to get to the table. The food is mediocre at best. They owner doesnt respect the customers when setting up for poker games. They are loud when setting up and talk over the customers who are trying to enjoy their meal & the people they are with. 4 Corners used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but not since Fire & Slice bought it. It's a bummer because Fire & Slice used to be our favorite pizza place, but even the pizza is hit...
