Chester's Chicken — Restaurant in Eutaw

So we are traveling today. We got hungry and since I haven't tried Chester's and my husband did at a different location said he liked it. So we stopped. Now I have been in customer service most of my life. My money should be as good as the next person's. So I looked at the menu and realized y'all serve gizzards and livers. I said hang on to the young man behind the counter I got to go tell my husband about the gizzards. Of course he said yes. So I come back in to place my order. Thinking yum I wonder if their livers will rank up there with Popeye's. I have no issues with waiting on fresh cooked food. I actually prefer it. So the young man said we can't make the livers and gizzards. I said why not they are on your menu and the other young man said they're not prepped. I said I don't mind waiting. He said we can't serve them. I said you are actually refusing to serve them and they both looked at me than at each other. I said that's ok I'm going to talk to my husband. We desided to go to Hardee's next door. We got service with a smile and everything was fresh and delicious. So if I ever step into another Chester's it will not be at this one. I would have understood if y'all didn't have them and not we have them but refuse...

Chester's Chicken at this TruckStops SHOULD CLOSE !!! WORST ONE EVER! Very Poor customer service and they don't care. I Tried to order Chicken Livers and gizzard But this Rounded young Black girl with glasses VERY RUDE .She told me they were done cooking those for the night. I said its only 7:30 pm. So take them off your Menu..She also said they were not going to make any. All she could do is say no to anything for me to order if they had to cook? Wish Loves would put a KFC in place of Chester's... Yes Chester's has gone down hill at this very Truckstop.. With your Customer service and servers. Maybe hire someone that doesn't mind doing there job..That's why it called a job...or mind cooking at 7:30 pm.. When you close at 10:00 pm. Or cook what's on the Menu. OR TAKE IT OFF YOUR MENU. Stopped in on 9/24/23 around 11:45am, and my wife tried to order me some chicken livers. A short rotund black girl said we have none and we ain't making any. My wife came out and told me. I went in and watched as a very nice older black lady with glasses, and a mask was tossing livers in flour to cook them. I asked the same short girl who was rude to my wife for a medium chicken liver. She said, "we ain't got any, and we ain't making em." I said, "Even though she (pointing at the older lady) just tossed a bunch in flour and is ready to cook them? The older lady said, "I just put some together and am about to drop them." The rude little short girl with no name tag asked if I wanted to pay now. I paid, she gave me no receipt, and was just all around rude, and has no business working with people.
