Absolutely fantastic in every way, the perfect place for our anniversary dinner. Starting with the food: Exceptional! I loved the Bucatini Bolognese, and thankfully, the serving was generous. My husband enjoyed the Pollo Piccata, and it was delicious, too (yes, I admit I had a few bites 😋). The entrees included and were preceded by a fresh salad and crusty, warm bread. Bella Vita’s interior is quite simple but tasteful, with starched white tablecloths. Our server, Laura, a delight — knowledgeable, extremely friendly and attentive, always with her big smile. Even other patrons seated nearby were friendly and clearly love this gem of a small restaurant. We concluded the meal with the (chocolate mint) housemade Gelato, so you’ll definitely want to save a bit of room. Bravo, Bella Vita! Can’t wait to return.

Bella Vita is a hidden gem. Enjoyable dinner, excellent service, and an atmosphere full of loyal regular customers all having a great time. I started with the beef tenderloin carpaccio with cappers, ground mustard (this really added to the dish), and parmesan. Very good, although the shredded lettuce was not necessary. Next, a side dinner salad with house dressing, actually very good, just the right amount of dressing. My main course was their Pasta Casalinga, sautéed chicken, olives, tomatoes, garlic, and parmesan. Very good flavor, but unfortunately, they overcooked the pasta with very little chicken. Family owned, open from May to October. I will definitely come back for another dinner. Don't be fooled by the dirt/stone parking lot, It is worth the visit.

From entering to leaving, the experience was beyond what we expected. We read it was a hidden gem, and that is an understatement when you being helped by Loagen. She was amazing! She spent time with us, explaining the menu, the drinks, the sauces and restaurant itself. The food was stellar
we had the chicken piccata, the lasagna, the Alfredo with mushrooms and the amazing Carbonara. There wasn’t a thing wrong and when we come back to the area, it will be the first stop

We had been there once before for our anniversary and wanted a repeat since the food was great. Fast forward 5 years: the prices are now very high and customer service was nonexistant. We had reservations and when we arrived were seated in the bar area. We asked to be seated somewhere besides the bar area but were told they couldn't do that. REALLY? The restaurant was not nearly full, 1/4 at best and it was fairly early. So...we left, will not be back. Went to a cozy pub, had great food AND service. They graciously moved us from the patio because it was chilly. We WILL go back there.

FYI, In response to the owner's assertion that we were offered 3 other tables...no, that did NOT happen. We were only told we couldn't be moved. Had my husband, in fact, been offered something else, he would have asked which tables in order to make a decision. When he asked if the only choice was the bar he was told yes. Hmm. We DO, of course, respect and honor others'...
