B.C. PIZZA — Restaurant in Evart

5/25/2022 Since the last time we were here a couple years ago the owner changed and what a difference! Fast service, very friendly staff. All around a great restaurant. I recommend B.C. Pizza 100%

9/21/2019. *My husband had a chat with the new manager we found out that obviously it has new management and he fired several ppl today which is why things were slow going and he immediately made it right and had more pizzas out for us and the others that were here for dinner. We hope that it continues to improve and will again be one of our favorite places to go for dinner.

9/21/2019 *I wish I could put a zero!

I am updating my review from almost a year ago. We thought maybe the place has gotten better. But it has just gone downhill. There is a family of 8 that has been waiting for an hour and a half and just got one pizza for their 6 kids. Ridiculous!

I asked for chicken bacon ranch to be told that there was some on the buffet and there was none! The only pizza that was out there was half of a dried out mushroom pizza! Gross! I had to argue that there was in fact no chicken bacon ranch out there and they girl at the counter didn't bother to come out and look for herself. Finally they brought out a half one. Unfortunately there were other ppl in the restaurant so there was not enough for anyone. When the kitchen staff was asked if more food would be brought out the answer was no.

I used to love going to BC pizza. But lately any time I have ordered anything for my family our order always gets messed up. I order the family pleaser every time because between my fiancee and I we have 5 kiddos. The order is always the same. 1 pepperoni pizza and a bacon, banana pepper and pepperoni pizza. Sometimes we will order an additional item. Well the last time we ordered food. We wanted a salad and it took me calling over 3 times to get the salad we paid for. Mind you we ordered our food at 4pm. It took over 3 hours to get our food. Then an additional 3 hours to get a salad. Yeah it was just a salad but still. My kids were fed my fiancee was fed but I had to wait until almost 1030 at night to get my food. I'm sorry but we will probably not order food from here again. The time before this we got the same order but instead of a salad we ordered a mountain dew. We never recieved the mountain dew. The delivery driver even argued with me about how it wasnt on the ticket. When I even pointed it out that it was. Then ran off and said that I would have to call up there and tell them I never got it. Even the person I spoke to said he was in the wrong for that and that it was on there. So.ething needs to change because they are now losing alot of business from our family. We order pizza almost every friday from there. We are not ordering anymore food from there and we will order from...

If I could leave zero stars I would. I know on tuesdays they are busy with half off pizza day, but i could of definitely been fooled by that when i walked in the building. First off I called to place a order and was put on hold by the automated message for over 16 mins until it hung up on me, i even was calling on my sons phone to try and get thru and still couldnt so we drove all the way there. The employee went to get the manager when she seen we were very unhappy. The manager said she was sorry the phone were ringing off the hook and they are so busy but yet there was only 2 people in the restaurant and the employees have time to hold hands and play kissy face while customers are at the window. The manager did nothing to make the customers happy, manager attitude was more of dismissive and felt as if since it was half off pizza, B.C. customers should be gratefull of whatever service they recieve and be happy to get half off. when we go there at least once a week, instead she was rude. They had absolutely terrible customer service and now we have to litterly drive multiple trips to get our food all because they wouldnt answer their phones. they sure answered their phones when we were there thou. what a joke for...
