😀"When my daughter and I masks up and took a quick weekend trip 🤪 to New Orleans, the Mega bus we travel on stop by this Arby's for a 30 minute rest stop all the time so we can use the rest room and get something to eat. "Delicious!❤ they also have roast beef sandwiches 🥪, 🦀 crab and shrimp 🍤 patter, milk 🥛shakes, 🍟fries, orion rings and ice cold 🧊 drinks." And another store on the other side thats sell 🙄 nachos, fruits, siverniors, 🔥hot dogs 🌭, etc." I 💘 when the bus stop there, I 💘 their nachos with peppers 🌶😋 their hot 🔥dogs 🐕, and their deep fried turkey 🍗 sandwich." Whoever owns this location please be proud of whomever your team is working tonight! We came in just a few minutes ago my husband is paraplegic and we have a 4 year old we've been traveling with all weekend who was super tired.... and your staff empathize with us trying our hardest to love him up and console him. A gentleman (employee) walked up and talked to us for a moment and we explained we were traveling and had been playing adaptive sports all weekend so our youngin has had one LONG weekend and just woke up before we walked in and rolled over on one of his toys and noticed it was broke right before we walked in so he was heart broken. Next thing we knew 3 angels walked to our table with the biggest smiles handing him new toys 😭😭 he went from devastated to giggling in a matter of seconds. You just don't know what that meant to us. Then one of the same guys, I beleive went to the gas station portion and purchased him something and brought it back to him and said he had a little one about the same age and knew how rough the rough moments could get for us parents. Thank you thank you thank you to your sweet staff for filling our bellies and most of all our hearts along our trip home. I drove by this location tonight to get dinner for me and my family pulled up in their drive-through only to get yelled at by their drive-through lady. Who does she think she is? Why would you scream at your customers? You're only customer at the time and demand that they give you their order as soon as possible you still have an hour till you close what's the rush? Needless to say I didn't order any food but I did drive up to the window to try to speak to whoever she was, but a very nice young man did apologize for her behavior..
