Arrived here at 1300 on a Saturday. The place was moderately busy. When we arrived we decided to sit at a table in the lower area to the right as you enter. The window behind us was covered with 10 - 15 flies. They were flying around the window and landing on us, even before we ordered food. The flies are entering from the patio entrance that has no screen door. Flies and food, unacceptable! Due to the flies, we decided we would either eat on the patio or in the car and place a to-go order. Apparently due to staffing issues you are required to order using a QR code. We placed our order via this service. The service told us it was going to take an hour and we would be notified via email when our food would be ready. Apparently, this estimate is not accurate and the staff was spending time telling everyone that was questioning the estimate that orders would be ready in about half that time. About 35 minutes after ordering our food was available, we never got notified via email or text that our food was ready. Regarding this service for ordering your food, there is zero human interaction but are still required to apply a tip to your bill and the service charges a $1.15 fee (never told this prior to ordering) to use the service, that you are REQUIRED to use! If you are required to use the service, you should not be required to pay this fee. Regarding the food, the burgers were mediocre and the fries and onion rings were cold and one burger was missing condiments. My biggest issue, the staff cooking food was NOT wearing gloves, using only their bare hands. UNACCEPTABLE! Based on prior reviews (didn't see them until after we ate here) this appears to be a common problem. Based on a Jan 2022 health department inspection, they were in violation for this same issue, not wearing gloves! Mediocre food, horrible service (lack of), uncontrolled flies and staff not wearing gloves, will...

Neat little burger joint, I actually passed it up and turned around to go back and try it out. While the food was decent enough, I'm not sure it was worth the 40 minutes I waited to eat. I get being short staffed and I'm not knocking them for the wait time, just don't know that it was worth the wait. Now on to the food! I got the Marshdale Burger, which is a rotating Burger, not sure if that's daily, weekly, or what. It was ok at best. I wasn't overly impressed with the flavor, but the size was pretty appropriate. I put the fry sauce on the burger after a few bites and that really brought it to life! The tater tots were super crispy and tasty with the fry sauce, despite having been only Luke warm. Having grown up in the land of fry sauce, I was pleased with theirs. It has a bit of a zing (spicy) if you're not expecting it, but it's not overwhelming.... or it may be. Depends on your tolerance. The server was running around like a madman!! I commend him on his ability to keep up with orders, clear tables and keep drinks full. The owner/manager/cook/bar tender came off as a little rude at first, but again it's understandable since he is wearing so many hats. The QR code ordering system is pretty handy, but if you want to drink water or beer, you'll have to make that order at the bar or when the server gets a chance to get to you. I'll be back if I'm in the area, and I'll either do the BYOB or try a different...

We came into this establishment to try it out as we were so excited that it came to the area however, we did not get to try the food as we had an immunocompromised individual in our party.

We choose not to eat here because the staff were all handling the ready-to-eat food without gloves or a utensil. We have to be extremely careful with how food is prepared for our family member and pay attention to these things. It is a huge health risk especially for someone immunocompromised to have their food handled in the manner. They handled the condiments, the buns and made entire salads with their bare hands without washing their hands and wiping them on a dirty towel hung from their aprons.

I reached out to the manager and let them know of our concerns and that we really wanted to come back since we are local and we’re super excited to have them and the management just blocked our conversation and never replied hence why I am posting this review. It was super frustrating to experience this even more frustrating they won’t acknowledge the problem we...

I regularly visit Marshdale Burger Co and have done so since it's opening four years ago. Quality beef and fresh ingredients are the backbone of a great burger here, whether you build your own or have one of the monthly rotating burgers. Each is carefully prepared and served with the side of your choice. Fries, onion rings or tots are flavorful and cooked to perfection. The rotating burger offers a sophisticated twist each month on a burger combining carefully crafted flavors and textures that elevate your burger experience. All cooked from scratch. Not to mention their award winning green chili and awesome mac & cheese. If a burger feels too heavy for your mood that day, fresh chopped salads are available. Owner David and the rest of his staff provide friendly atmosphere with a welcoming vibe, whether you're a local or visiting from "down the hill," Marshdale Burger Co is the place to go in the Evergreen/Conifer area.

Very disappointing. I don’t know for sure if the burger patties were frozen (they tasted like it) but I know for a fact everything else is (fries, tots, onion rings, etc). My $17.50 (before tip) burger and tots were extremely mediocre, if that and my burger wasn’t even the 1/3lb that I ordered. It was greasy, the patty is small, thin and not the right size for the massive bun. I was eating a ton of bread with a little meat. The tots were not crispy and did I mention that after I ordered, it took 25+ minutes to get my to-go meal? It’s a burger, it should take 7-8 minutes given how small the patties are. Only one person working the grill with a max of 5 patties on at a time…..no wonder it takes forever. Overpriced, nothing is homemade and wait time for food was way too long. Do better!
