Anson's Pizza & Resteraunt — Restaurant in Exeter Township

July 19 2015 - My 6th time to Ansons. Ordered favorite goat cheese Michigan Cherry and jalepeno stuffed burger, both my date and myself, with sweet potato fries. After 12 minutes server conveys that there is no goat cheese, we change orders. 10 minutes later, server says "miscommunication" do you want goat cheese burgers or second order. I pick goatburger my date goes with smother bbq chicken. Goat burger was not attractive and very overcooked as were the tepid fries. My dates' " ugly chicken "was "nasty"... She whispered it because she has been so pleased previously and is not a complainer. We were not treated warmly by our server as soon as these disappointments were brought to light. She deflected and deferred immediately before taking any personal responsibility. Maybe a bad night? Most disappointing considering previous...

Just ate there as we have been trying to try places close to us that are not chains. I had a turkey reuben it was great. The only thing I would have changed on it would have been to add Chipotle mayo instead thousand island, but that is just preference for me sandwich was great still. The wings were wonderful with the sweet Tai chili sauce, and my husband loved his baked mostacciolli and breadsticks. We will be back. I'm sure to try other menu items and, of course, a couple of beers. The waitress was wonderful and friendly and the rest of the staff seemed in good spirits with a touch of singing....

We come to Anson's with our kids weekly. We have tried other restaurants, and nothing beats it and we always end up craving Anson's. There are so many delicious items on the menu. My husband and I agreed, this place is the only place we actually go out of our comfort zone and try new things. We have had many different specialty pizzas and have yet to be disappointed.
