Today I visited this location for coffee and was quite frustrated with the service that I recieved. What should've been a quick stop for a single cup of coffee turned into a frustrating and time consuming chore. Today I ordered a BLACK cold brew coffee. The only complexity to my order was that I requested a small size in a large cup. Upon coming to the window, the young girl manning the window handed me first, a frozen coffee. Then i was handed an iced coffee with cream. On both attempts, the crew managed my request for a small in a large cup so that was clearly not the issue. When it takes three staff members agonizing over a single order of BLACK coffee, you've clearly got a training issue. Blows my mind ... Once leaving this location with no coffee and a refund, I drive to the next closest location where the staff and I had a good laugh over my simple order. A call has been placed to the corporate office as I see with other reviews here that this type of thing is part of a larger trend. To those who do not know, BLACK coffee means no milk/cream... this confusion was all over a coffee with nothing...
Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts consistently gets things wrong. No matter what you order, at least one thing will be wrong. And no one there cares how incompetent they all are. I worked at Dunkin 7 years ago. Yes, it's fast paced, but it's not a hard job. Come on now...
8/17/17 - Update Yes, it's my fault for going here again, let me just get that out of the way. It wouldn't let me review again but had to share this awesome experience. Inside, at the counter, I asked for a large iced dark roast, 5 pumps of caramel swirl, turbo shot. Cashier rang it in as regular caramel swirl. I pointed out that I asked for 5 pumps. She said she knows. She then grabbed the cup and marker and wrote 4CS, dark roast, 4 creams, turbo. I again pointed out the fact that I asked for 5 pumps of caramel swirl. She said yeah I know. Another person then takes the cup to make the coffee and I had to tell that person myself how I actually asked for the coffee to be made. It's ridiculous that she wouldn't just write down what I asked for, even after pointing out twice that she didn't take my order as given....
Read moreI've had my order made wrong plenty of times here, but that doesn't bother me too much. What bothers me is the fact that I walked inside for a to-go pickup and none of the staff members who were making food were wearing masks. Only the drive thru and counter employees were wearing masks. Everyone making food had their masks hanging from one ear. I understand it's difficult to work in a fast paced environment with a mask on, but we are in the middle of a pandemic. The other Dunkins I've been to always wear their masks.
