McDonald's — Restaurant in Fair Haven

If the owners really cared about servicing the public, they'd fire management, hire new management, bleach the entire place to get rid of mold, maybe not hire a night manager that's mentally ill, delusional, cusses at customers, accuses them of stealing, talks about drugs with the other staff in front of customers, plays personal loud rap music at night (all of which has been commented on previous reviews which are neglected by said owners). Maybe, hire managers with better customer service, and train staff properly. If management was better, staff morale would be, and the turnover rate would be lower. If you care about business, you'd hire more responsible individuals instead of holding onto managers with poor customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if this place closes down due to neglect, high turnover, poor management, and lack of hygiene (presence of mold in multiple places). Constantly getting orders wrong, and again, management appears to have poor customer service and attitude.Fresh flowers don't make up for poor service and poor people skills. Most relevant complaints include long wait, rude management, wrong items, cold food, mold, one person complained about their food tasting like bleach. Apparently, it's so bad the late night manager incapable of customer service actually posted a review 3 months ago about the mold, fly traps in the vicinity, and poor customer service that he was responsible for...

WORST FOOD EVER at this place. ... Mathew and maxann... yelling at me for them advertisement of 2. 58 then get to window and charge more I simple tell then your false advertise and should fix that when Roane and Manger yelling at me to.move line as I'm being yelled at .. trying to get one sentence repeated over 6 times with no one still listen and telling.... terrible Manger and server's and told the found SPIT in my burger on a Big Mac.... worst customer service ever.... Rude blond wouldn’t take my order after waiting in line out to road for 40 min... I drove up to get my order taking... only to Be cut off by rude moody little blond girl who continues to refuse to give me a name sense no one was where name tags... blond told me to Drive and move along the lines to long.... like what????? Told me to stop my order and move on... then I asked her name three times and she wouldn’t say anything I ask to speak to manger and she laughed and told me to Move along again.. then rolled her eyes and walked off mumbling... I asked to speak to manger to her fellow employee...and was refused by everyone employee to talk to manager or even get a refund for my food that had spit in it.... they all...

THIS LOCATION is great. They made a mistake on my order but was prompt to fix it and gave me a coupon to come back for a free meal just to say thank you for my business. Which I did come back and THEY DID redeem my coupon. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars for excellent customer service. If they make a mistake they'll make it right just need to give them a chance.

I'm not a McDonald's fan in terms "I LOVE THEM" because I don't. I buy breakfast at McDonald's and maybe lunch in a pinch. The egg McMuffin is simply delightful. Can't go wrong there. The chicken options are the best you're going to get for your money in terms of flavor for lunch items. The hamburgers are bad👎. Not saying this location I'm saying ALL locations. Go to any McDonald's and you'll be served a piece of greasy flavorless meat wrapped in usual toppings and condiments to hide the fact it has no flavor. Some seasoning would be nice while they cook it, but nope plop it goes on the fryer until done. Hence why I order...
