I recently had the opportunity to dine at your Mexican restaurant and wanted to share my experience with you. While I enjoyed some aspects of my visit, there are a few areas that I feel could be improved upon.
Let me start by expressing my appreciation for the ambiance of your restaurant. The warm colors and decorations truly transport you to Mexico, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, your staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit.
However, I must address some concerns I had regarding the food. While the menu boasted a wide range of traditional Mexican dishes, the execution fell slightly short of my expectations. The flavors seemed somewhat muted, lacking the vibrant and bold taste I associate with authentic Mexican cuisine. The presentation was also underwhelming, as the dishes lacked the visual appeal that can enhance the overall dining experience.
Furthermore, the portion sizes left much to be desired. Some of the main dishes were served with small portions, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and wishing for more. Considering the price point, I expected more generous servings.
I believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall dining experience at your restaurant. Perhaps revisiting and refining the recipes can help bring out the true flavors of Mexican cuisine. Additionally, a focus on improving the presentation of dishes can make them more appealing to customers.
In terms of portion sizes, I understand the need to strike a balance between affordability and customer satisfaction. However, finding a way to offer more generous servings without compromising profitability could greatly enhance the value proposition of your restaurant.
I share these comments with the intention of providing constructive feedback and helping your business succeed. As a customer, I genuinely believe in the potential of your establishment but feel that there is room for improvement. I hope you will take these suggestions into consideration and strive towards offering an exceptional dining experience to all your patrons.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing the progress and possibly revisiting your restaurant...
Read moreI really had high hopes for Poblanos but for whatever reason the land lord can’t seem to get an operator in that real estate that knows how to run a restaurant. I had not been in a few months due to consistent disappointment by the staff. Today was no exception, when I walked in and seated myself I noticed lots of trash on the ground. I figured maybe they just over a rush or something. When looking at the menu I told the waitress I needed a few minutes then she literally just stood there and 30 seconds later was like you ready now. Not once did she come check on me once my food came and had to walk up to the counter and ask for more tortillas a short while later she brought me corn instead of flour. Then I had to get back up and ask for flour but she insisted I had asked for corn when I never even specified what kind I wanted. I just assumed she would remember that I had initially ordered flour. The entire time I was eating my meal I watched the staff buss tables and eat food without washing their hands while handling guests food which is a HUGE health code violation. If I’m being honest I saw the staff standing at the counter staring at their phones eating food more than they were working. When it came time to pay the staff rang in the wrong food which was considerably more expensive. After I corrected the ticket the items were over a dollar more than the advertised prices in the menu. So in addition to the restaurant not being sanitary they are advertising false prices. All in all with Mirasol being right up the road with similar pricing, it would seem like a no brainer where to...
Read moreMy husband and I came on June 1 to have breakfast. My husband had the huevos rancheros, and I had Carne gasada with cheese taco and papa ranchero with cheese taco. Everything was very good, the tacos were very large and filling. My husband was very happy with his meal. We decided to go in today June 8. My husband had the huevos ranchero again. I ordered a Carne gasada with cheese and a papas ranchero with egg, bacon, and cheese. The Carne gasada with cheese was OK. The flavor was good, but it was not as large as the last time. The ranchero with egg, bacon and cheese was extremely disappointing. It was extremely large and stuffed, but there was no ranchero sauce at all, and the bacon was literally chunks of some sort of pork, I assume. It was not very edible. And there was not much of it, thank God. I asked the waitress for some Ranchera sauce since it should’ve had her on it to begin with. She was very sweet and brought me a container of it. When we went to check out, we were charged an additional $.95 for ranchero sauce, and an additional $.95 for Bacon. The Bacon, I somewhat understand if it had been a strip of bacon, but this was literally inedible pork. The Ranchera sauce I do not agree with, because the taco all along should’ve had it to begin with. I do not think we will return. If a business can be like this to do upcharges, then they must not need the business. Sad we thought we found a good Mexican restaurant, and they are just...
