I stumbled by this restaurant quite by accident. It intrigued me when I saw Southern Indian listed on the sign outside. Loving Indian food, I honestly didn't know the difference between Southern, Northern or, mid Indian food. Luckily, the hostess was absolutely wonderful and explained some things to me as I ordered. In retrospect I probably should have ordered the mild but being adventurous I asked for somewhere in the middle. It turns out the Southern Indian food is more spicy than most normal Indian in retrospect I probably should have ordered the mild but being adventurous I asked for somewhere in the middle. It turns out the Southern Indian food is more spicy than most normal in retrospect I probably should have ordered the mild but being adventurous I asked for somewhere in the middle. It turns out the Southern Indian food is more spicy than most other Indian food. However, it is also extremely tasty! The service here is absolutely top-notch, the food is delicious and very flavorful. Having not had authentic southern Indian food before I would have to rate this as the best Southern Indian food I've ever had! I suspect honestly that it probably truly is. Can't go wrong here. Absolutely worth a visit and I would certainly return at the first...

Best Indian place to have authenticate dishes. Not only the food is extremely satisfactory but also the care and service by the people in restaurant speaks for its own quality and improves the satisfaction level. I visited them during the COVID-19 period with a fear factor in me- But they took all the safety precautions and had hand sanitizers around the place and maintained the property very clean. I was there for approx. 10-15 mins, within that duration the door (entrance) handle was wiped/ cleaned 2-3 times (Impressed me a lot). (Additional credit: They even sanitized my credit card). I would definitely recommend any kind of people at any time to this place and you will be amazed (FOR SURE) with the taste and the different varieties of Indian dishes. Family owned restaurant and worth your penny & time to visit them. I will come back again to enjoy your other delicious dishes.

My Overall Comments: Taste: 5/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Food Variety: 4/5 Price: Not that expensive- Correct price for the quality and quantity offered- Worth Spending for the food. Crowd: Good crowd rate. People are coming for the quality...

I am kinda debating between 3.5- 4 stars. I would have given five stars if it was same biryani we used to get from Swarna akka back in the day. I pick up food from here all the time. We dined in last Saturday for first time after the pandemic. My friend was so upset for spotting a long strand of hair in his biryani. They gave him a complimentary dessert and replaced his meal. That was so nice but it created a thought that if it was all cooked together.? It would attract more Americans & people that doesn’t eat spice, if they have spice level below the mild. Biryani comes with certain spices and there’s noway to avoid it but their mild was too spicy for my other friend. Overall it was the closest place to get biryani with Hyderabadi taste.

Thankyou for Today’s biryani! It was absolutely delicious and spice level was great. Great Quality and quantity. This is what I am talking about. Thanks again. I have changed my...

Dark, dingy, doesn’t follow instructions that I needed “ no spice” due to medical condition that makes spicy food and I not to get along. Lady at counter assured it would be “ no spice.” After 20 promised minutes turned into an hour, she said “5 more mins please as this is a special request”. I told her rice takes 20 mins to cook and chicken about the same so it would be 40 mins max. I then told her 5 mins or I’m getting a refund. Discovered when I got home that the chicken was beyond jalapeño with seeds hot. They left in the hot spices ( black strings) and covered it up. They don’t honor requests and they make excuses. Mirror in dinning room wasn’t clean and health inspectors need to make a surprise visit based on what I saw in the kitchen from the open side window. Smells like sewer, but location makes a great police hideout for those distracted while at the light. Avoid if you want to save your taste buds and not get sick.

Crossroads Biryani offers a great variety of Indian food at excellent quantities. We’ve had their food twice now and been very satisfied both times. Their Special Chicken Biryani uses a spicy red tandoori-style chicken within fragrant basmati rice. It’s really good, especially with some of the included raita (yogurt) and red onions! The Butter Chicken is everything you’d want from the dish: tender pieces of chicken in a thick, tomatoey, buttery sauce—highly recommend the Garlic Naan with this. A true standout and surprise was the Palak Chat, a tangy, refreshing combination of spinach topped with fried bits of chickpea flour (sev) and onions & tomatoes. They package the food excellently for carryout orders and don’t take long at all. Highly recommend trying this spot!
