So the food is good but when it comes to keeping the word of a manager to a customer from the owner her self is a complete LIE!!!!! They do bad business and don't deserve to have people money, it's sad that they won't uphold a promise to the people that come through. Always remember two things, one we pay yalls bills. Without customers you have no money flow so your bills go unpaid and 2 GOD is always watching your actions and everyone will answer for being dirty towards other humans. Update 6/4/2023 we tried to come again and sent our son and bad again fries are old and nasty and chicken Was burnt and to hard can't even eat, dod not give all drinks. Just a joke dude. We have contacted corporate and if bad business is yalls way than you should be made to close...

Food was fine. Normal DQ experience which I enjoy. They forgot to make our ice cream and we planned to grab it and carry out so we waited and waited. Then asked about it and no one was making it. So they waited in all the customers in line then finally worked us in. We were able to eat all of our good while waiting our "turn" for our ice cream. If I wouldn't have already paid I might have just said nevermind. But what's a trip to DQ without ice cream. We could never turn our backs in DQ ice cream.

Would definitely stop again if we are passing through town, but the evening staff has some organization and prioritizing...

We stopped on the way home from Mt. Vernon, Il. to get a treat, in Fairfield, we just got ice cream. My wife ordered a Blizzard, which she loves, she ordered a Butterfinger blizzard, I ordered a Moolatte. The reason I like the Moolatte is the coffee and mocha taste and also they're usually thicker than a malt, which is another reason they're one of my favorites, but this one fell short on the latter.
