Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in Fairfield

My burger was made completely wrong. I understand that it was close to closing time. Trust me I’ve worked in fast food I understand but seriously. I asked for no onions or relish and yet both were on there. I asked for light lettuce and clearly that isn’t light. I also asked for ketchup and for it to be cut in half. The last two I’m less worried about but what if I had an onion allergy or a relish allergy and because your mad because people keep placing orders and you guys are getting ready to close. But completely disregarding any request for a customer is completely unacceptable. Normally I let things go but I barely ate all day and this is a high disappointment. Normally I enjoy my burgers but this wasn’t even appetizing. I’m very disappointed and I’m a huge burger fan. Like it’s 10:25 pm I work 6 days a week I just wanted to be satisfied with a burger. This little hole in the wall is quite the gem! It may share a building with a gas station, but the food was pretty darn good. There's not much seating, but we had no problem finding a table. The prices are comparable to other restaurants, The service was fantastic. The employees were very nice and even brought our food to our table for us. There are plenty of items on the menu to choose from, and you may even end up with your picture on the wall if you dare. I may be jaded because I love steak fries, but they also have string fries for those of You who prefer them. They even have poppers, Shakes, and a variety of other items to eat. Happy to see a fat burger kinda close in our area—had to have it again after our recent LA trip!

This spot shares space with an AM/PM chevron gas station convenience store. Whoever our cashier was today (6/24 at around 3pm)—that guy deserves a raise or something! He went above and beyond with telling us our options for the burgers and even brought us our food to our table (we were dining in). Overall he was just really friendly with everyone else also in the restaurant—this was notable to me because most people who work customer service jobs aren’t friendly or go above and beyond and look completely miserable.
