The food is so delicious, and so creative, and honestly so unbelievably perfect for what we wanted. We were looking for something fun, light, easy, and affordable to give our guests a little snack in between our early church ceremony and before driving out to the reception venue- and wow, finding Waffles and Dreams was the best choice ever. The waffles were absolutely perfect the taste alone was amazing- the toppings were creative, it was really fun seeing everyone’s combinations- even the fact that they are served on a stick made them perfect as I didn’t have to be too worried that the groomsmen would end up with food all over their suits before we took pictures!lol Every detail of the food fit what we needed & the price point was right within our budget, like I said, we wanted to serve light refreshments that, as the bride and groom we wouldn’t have to be too worried about serving and storing during the ceremony, and the logistics of having to plan having food at the church, and we wanted something that wouldn’t hurt our pockets too much- and Waffles & Dreams absolutely was the perfect choice. Everything about it was easy and exactly what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect addition to our wedding. I’m not sure what I was expecting by having a waffle truck vendor show up outside our church lol, but wow- did Waffles & Dreams deliver! The setup is great, the trailer is very cute, and the waffles were unbelievably amazing, we are actually still shocked at how good they were. My friends are still texting me saying they were contemplating getting thirds. I didn’t know waffles could be so tasty! And fun! Lisa brought her waffle stand to our backyard for an event with 50 young adults. This was a shot in the dark and a late booking. This wasn't just a home run, it was an Aaron Judge whopper of a homer deep into the center field bleachers. The waffles are delicious, made with fresh batter in a waffle iron in front of you. There were something like 25 or more toppings. For just a little extra, we had fresh bananas and strawberries and Ice cream. Everyone present enjoyed one or more waffles with their choice of toppings. I hired a waffle truck in Boston a few years ago and it was very good. Lisa and Waffles & Dreams were the best I've ever had. Okay, so you get it --- the waffles are terrific. What's even better than that? Lisa and her husband snuck into the event, set-up and made everyone feel great. If they wanted seconds, thirds or more, they got them. They cleaned up perfectly when they were done. This was our first visit to Waffles and Dreams after reading a review about how great the breakfast sandwich was, so we were excited to try it. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

To start, the iced coffee I ordered didn’t arrive until after all of our food had already been served. My wife ordered a croffle and had to repeat her order several times, yet it still came out wrong. She specifically asked for a fried egg and got scrambled instead, and even the cheese was wrong (though they did correct that part, it shouldn’t have happened in the first place). For my son, I requested everything on the side, but they didn’t include whipped cream.

I ordered the breakfast crepe, which not only came with the wrong cheese but also had eggshell in it. That was unacceptable.
