Francesco's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fairview Township

This place is a joke!!! Call at 12:30 and place an order. 2 bacon cheeseburger SANDWICHES, and an order of the ciccio fries.... the girl that answered even asked you want sub or sandwich and i said twice SANDWICHES!!!! Finally 1:20 our food is here, but its wrong!!! Got subs..... so the guy that was delivering said ok let me go call, then he comes down we talk a little and then he says they want to talk with me and right when i get on the phone the guy starts yelling at me!!!! Really? Saying they have no time to mess around and joke around!!! Haha clearly you do since you cant get orders right!!!! So i say yell you should get the order right and give me what i ordered and once again he just keeps going on with yelling saying they have no time to mess around and joke around!!! Well lets just say food went back and i kept my money!!!! Worst!!! Will never order from again.... Only good part was the delivery guy he even said it didnt say sub and he apologized for his boss, that is sad but i apriciate that atleast one person was nice, did his job and then apologized for someone elses wrong doing!!!! Have ordered here before and the owners were super nice and food was great. Ordered tonight (Saturday night) at 530.. they said half hour. Called at 6:40, they said two minutes. Didn’t show up until 7:20... didn’t even apologize for being late.. food was cold, and over cooked. Fries were burnt. Steak and cheese was cold, pizza sloppy. Called to tell them we ordered 3 large subs, but got a small sub instead, the guy argued with us and said “we obviously ordered wrong, and if we wanted a bigger sub we needed to go down there with more money.” When we replied “it’s all good, just won’t irder from them again” he said “ just come down here. Bring more money and you will get your sub” Was very rude and not willing to admit mistakes do happen. Sadly, we won’t be ordering from...

530pm. Got the buffet, first time here. Buffet ends at 11pm. Plates, bowls and silverware dirty at buffet, had to pick through them to find a clean plate. Food is old, been out for hours. Was told at check out that it was going to be "freshened up". Spaghetti is floating in red pepper flakes and dry noodles on top. Pizza, Stromboli, and doughnuts hard as rocks. Soup is dried over on top. Nothing freshened up since it was put out at 11am. No meatballs in sauce. Cold bar was just as bad. Don't bother. I left there feeling robbed for what I paid for. Dirty tables with old food on 3-4 different tables. If their buffet looks like this...I am scared for what the kitchen holds. Pictures seriously look better then what...
