I called in also, you were 24 to place an order the lady that answered the phone was rude. When I got my food I was waiting at the window and instead of her saying excuse me she says here then my order was wrong. I ordered a plain burger, only pickle lettuce instead of a bun She rang me up for the calypso burger, it had lettuce as the bun, but had onion and tomato, which my child does not eat, and when I went in to get it fixed, she was rude had an attitude and said that I ordered that when I know I didn’t And then instead of remaking the order, the other lady just picked off the tomato and onion and threw pickle on topand gave it back to me! And I asked her are you not gonna remake it? You’re just gonna pick it off and she says we don’t make that kind of burger so it’s not on our menu! the food at the establishment is good but the lady that took my order and that I spoke with was disrespectful unprofessional and rude!! My kids eat here at least 3 times with in the week and always order...

I don’t know who has been giving reviews to make this 4.4 stars!! There was difficulty ordering due to a language barrier. Food made to order on this Saturday afternoon so some wait time which is worth it for good food- This was not. See the pics for the “bacon” cheeseburger. I don’t know what that was on both of ours…thick turkey bacon that tasted like spam?! The shake- after finding out they didn’t have what I ordered and having to pick something else, it was still wrong w/chocolate base. The whole experience was just bad and after the experience ordering, reviewing my experience before leaving...

Slow . No dressing on food . Need more help . New to wear glows . What I got was 6/10 … I’m a food critic . My lemonade was hot even with ice and didn’t taste like lemonade . The fries was decent best thing in my tray. The burger was dry no seasoning and all I tasted was purple onions.the lady at register was good customer service but not the other one that was making food. Atmosphere was dry to no music or nothing to...
