Extra-China — Restaurant in Fajardo

I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction following a recent order from your restaurant. This is not just a matter of personal taste — it relates to what appears to be poor food storage practices that are impacting the quality and safety of the food being served to customers. In my case, I ordered a meal consisting of fried chicken and fries. Upon receiving the food, I found the chicken to be extremely tough, dry, and nearly impossible to chew. I struggled to take a bite and eventually had to discard the entire portion. Out of concern, I inspected each piece and discovered that the inside of the chicken was a dark brown color, rather than the normal white or light tan expected from properly cooked poultry. The taste was unpleasant and stale, with a texture that indicated it had been frozen for an extended period of time.

Warning to Other Customers

Based on this experience, I strongly advise any future customer to inspect their food carefully before consuming it. The quality of what I received was so poor that it had to be thrown away — a complete waste of money and a risk to anyone who might not notice the issue before eating. I want to start by saying YES ITS GREAT FOOD however my rating its not because of the food but because of the staff two cashiers, one light skinned with long straight black hair and braces she kept letting her hair down while, serving food and putting food in the bags to go, kept playing with her hair and speaking in English which i assume they didnt think I would understand (I ordered in spanish) they kept talking about how customers are morons and the people in puerto rico are ridiculous she was just being rude had a very cocky attitude .... I've been in the Customer Service management field for over 5yrs I myself am a tourist from the United States and this is just plain rude this is not the type of things they should be talking about in front of people specially when shes criticizing PuertoRico and customer but yet she lives in Puerto Rico and shes Working in Puerto rico herself which also makes her a ridiculous moron!.... I feel these type of comments should be avoided and talked to the employees about by their management ... If this kind of things happen at a work location most of it is because their management hasn't been strict enough about work...

La Combinacion mini es grande cuesta y $6:50. El Arros Chino Muy Bueno en textura Mucho jamon y el resto de los ingredientes bien proporcionados al arroz le doy 4 Estrellas.El Pollo Naranja salio caliente una buena porcion y sabor Bueno 3 Estrellas, Chiken teriaky Pues la verdad no era nada malo ni nada especial asi que le doy 3 estrellas.

El Mofongo $5.00 ... No sabia a Nada habia que bañarlo en mayoketchup para que supiera a algo y la parte en contacto con el plato se sentia "Mojada como con vapor o agua" y la cosa es que lo calentaron en el microhondas antes de servirlo Porque escuche al cosinero dexir que le faltaban 30 segundos al mofongo. El Mofongo Viene acompañado con un pequeño envase de Mayokechup y le pedi uno extra a la señora y me dijo que una peseta $0.25 cuando ya avia gastado +$26.00 dolares en su restaurante y no tenia cambio suelto tenia que romper un billete de $20.00 Para solo una peseta. Pense dejarle la comida y que me devolviera mi dinero seriamente me moleste mucho. Pero La Muchacha que atendia el servicaro me dio el Mayoketchup medio escondido cuando la jefa no eataba mirando. Muchas Graciasa la chika ella hiso la diferencia.

Ignorando el Insidente del Mayokechup nos atendieron bien. Si note un Algarete en la cosina un vacilon y se escuchaban gritandose y no se en mi opinion algo poco profecional. Saben no pido seriedad extrema Ni caras de limon pero tampoco me quiero sentir que Entre a un cumpleaños de Niños de 3 Años que no se saben comportar una griteria y vacilon como si estuvieran en la playa o el juego de baloncesto.... Soy Boricua y Con Orgullo pero no traeria a un Estranjero a un lugar asi porque se sentirian incomodos por...
