My wife works in party staging and regularly collaborates with this incredible catering business/bakery. I came home recently to a surprise plate of pastries she had picked up from them. What made it even more impressive was that this wasn’t a planned order. Despite having no advance notice, they managed to put together and deliver an absolutely stunning selection of pastries on the fly.

Each item was not only beautifully crafted but completely unique/delicate, balanced, and bursting with flavor. The quality and attention to detail were immediately clear.

What really blew me away was the fact that, in the 24 hours prior, I had visited five reputable bakeries across Long Island searching for a particular pastry. None of them came close to the freshness, flavor, or finesse this bakery delivered. In fact, they had exactly what I had been hunting for and theirs was significantly better than the versions offered at the big-name spots.

This place is the real deal. Whether you’re ordering ahead or need something last-minute, their creativity, consistency, and quality put them in a league of their own....

My now HUSBAND and I got 2 cakes from Electric City Bakehouse. An apple flavored one for our private ceremony/elopement and blueberry French toast for our micro reception with family. This place is amazing!!! You want amazing cookies? Boom, got ‘em. You want a cake so good your brain will fall out? Boom, they make that. Cupcakes? I’d steal the Mona Lisa if I could trade it for a dozen of their Oreo icing cupcakes. No joke, they’re redonkulous!!!
