Tops Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Fallston

My experience with Tops Pizza and Pasta goes way back since 2019. I never had an issue so that’s why I rated 4 stars I will say yesterday when I ordered two medium pepperoni pizzas.

My pizzas had a little to no pizza sauce which was confirmed later when it was awfully dry and not cut all the way through making the pizzas dry and and not cut all the way through making the pizzas dry and cut stuff together. we didn’t have time to call back to the restaurant, but as I said, this was just one time. this restaurant deserves more than five stars.

Their salads are great and their subs are crazy good. My favorite meal is the Shrimp Alfredo although some time ago I ordered that meal and there was fairly any Alfredo sauce. Other than that I’ve never had issues with this restaurant. Customer service is great as well.

We went for the first time after moving to Lawndale. The pizza was ok, the staff seemed very friendly but the staff didn't seem to have any direction.

We witnessed multiple orders done wrong and some people had been given the wrong orders. My pregnant wife and I stood there about 45 min for a med pizza. I was excited about the pizza regardless of the wait but really wasn't impressed after trying it, really disappointing, I'll agree with other reviews the crust was great.

Some of the staff was dressed like they just rolled out of bed. Specifically the taller older driver who was folding boxes prior to taking an order off, at least wear proper outfit for work.

Maybe we just got them on a bad day. But from what locals told us about this place we expected...

EDITED: Back to FIVE STARS!!! I ordered our usual today and everything is PERFECT! Everything looked great, tasted fantastic, and the cheesy bread is especially yummy today! Thank you for the great food and for the tremendous improvement from last time!

We have been ordering from Tops for YEARS and honestly, it’s nothing like it used to be. We almost always get the Philly steak pizza and it’s always fantastic!
