I was in Friday Night April 9th for my cousins rehearsal dinner. I arrived around 7:30 and had my first drink bought for me so I didn't even go up to the bar myself. A while later I went up to the bar to buy a drink and shots and watched the male bartender that was working look at me 3 different times with zero acknowledgement from him. Finally after the third time I asked him if I could get a drink and he told me he needed to finish dishes first and the other bartender would help me eventually. As a server/bartender myself I was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received. Hopefully you can address your staff on their customer service and acknowledgement of customers. I would feel much differently and less critical if he would have acknowledged me at least one of the three time he looked and saw me standing there with money in hand. Definitely not a place I would visit again...

I later tried the wings and they were solid, but also felt like they were over priced ($15 for about 12 small wings). This time I tried the nachos (also $15). They were loaded with cheese and queso, which was awesome, but almost no meat. I asked our server if it was normal because you could hardly see it and after checking with the kitchen she said 2 oz was their portion. Super disappointing that 1/8 pound is their standard, might as well have been 0.
Our service has also been pretty terrible. The staff definitely are not concerned with customer service. If it was busy I would give them a break, but when itās slow they still are not attentive.
Beer is reasonably priced...
