I share Mr. Franks's sentiments. . . . A few weeks ago, I ordered from this location, thinking that I would be getting the specials that were advertised nationally, and which should have been honored locally (I called and check with another location before ordering). I clicked on it, on the website, was taken to the menu, I proceeded to ordering but it didn't ring up correctly. I called them and asked, and he told me (if this was the manager, he is a piss poor manager) that he did not know about any such offer. I said that it's been advertised, it's on your website and he didn't know. Wtf kind of manager doesn't know wtf is being advertised in the company's name of which the person manages? I just hung up, and to be fair, he did say he was sorry about the confusion. But, still. . . . I wasn't going to write this review, but even when I reach out to corporate, they emailed me back, saying that I did not select the special when ordering online. I was and am too exasperated to pursue this any further.
On top of all of that, they omitted a topping on one of the pizzas, for which I paid, no doubt. So, yeah . . . . I'm not invested in insulting anyone, but managers need to be grown and move like adults, for real. . . . I wouldn't call the store asking about a special if I wasn't a 100% sure. I paid upwards of $30 for all that mess. I could've took that 30 and bought and cooked groceries, or gotten a bomb ass pizza and good customer service from Deeks. I will, the next time for sure. Read moreOrdered food earlier this evening, everything was fine minus no garlic seasoning whatever I got it just fine delivered to my apartment door. Little bit after ordering I found out a friend is coming over with kids…. I didn’t order enough. So we ordered more. Extra pizza finally shows up the driver calls we tell him which unit to ring so we can let him in and he refuses. Stating there’s a new company policy and our pizza can only be left in the entry way. We questioned this because? 1.5 hours ago the other driver didn’t have an issue. He becomes hostile rude we let him know that’s not acceptable to talk to us that way. He yells he’s leaving it in the entryway and hangs up, so she goes down to check? No food in either entrances to my building. I tried calling the store and was repeatedly hung up on after 10 minutes each on hold (called 4 times) . I assume it’s because my address is connected to my account with my phone number and her account has the second order sent to my address so they don’t wanna hear it. This isn’t acceptable: I understand the contactless delivery. That’s fine. But rude hostile employees isn’t ok. Read moreAbsolutely disgusted! Ordered online and the app said our pickup time was between 6:20-6:30. We arrived at the pickup window at 6:28. They said the order would be another 12 minutes. The app said when your pizza has entered the ready stage, they have 2 minutes to get it to you or you get a free pizza. The order moved into the “ready” status at 6:40, then said delivered at 6:42? So we weren’t eligible for a free pizza. However my wife went in at 6:45 because we hadn’t gotten our pizza. Almost 10 minutes later at 6:54 we received our order, minus the icing dip for the cinnamon knots. When my wife asked about the free pizza, they acted like they knew nothing about it! So we waited 15 minutes to drive to the restaurant, then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes at the restaurant, only to be cheated out of a free pizza and part of our order! The pizza is back to the old “cardboard” crust topped with Garlic to try and mask the cardboard flavor. There is nothing you can do to earn my business back!
