Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Farmersville

We usually order pizza from this Little Ceasars location just about every Friday. We started doing this a few years back because of the $5 pizzas. We're a large family and you can't beat $5/pizza. I thought it was a bit greasy but it tasted good and our kids loved their pizza. Tonight was the last straw. My kids hardly touched the pizza. The crust was thick, fluffy, and chewie. Like the ingredients hadn't been measured out right or idk. The pizza quality has gone down drastically the past several times we've ordered while the price continues to rise. They usually don't give us our extra most bestest with extra toppings now as well. I get accidents happen so we just kept giving them another chance. We'll just pay a little more...

The pizza was not cooked correctly. My family wouldn't eat it. I called to see how they would fix it. They said come in we will get you another one, I said not tonight. I don't want to drive back into town. She says that I can keep the recipe and come in another time. I said sure, as she was able to find my order since I called in before coming. I get a call back 20 min later saying she spoke with her manager and he said no that I would need to bring in the pizza and they could fix it. I said I had already thrown it away as no one would eat it and I stated I wasn't coming in tonight. She tells me then there is nothing they can do. Their customer service sucks. I just got back home from getting a pizza and Italian cheese bread from this place. The pizza is thin as hell doesnt taste good and there is hardly any cheese on the CHEESE bread. And lately i have been hearing from family members that the pizza here has been nasty and thin i had to see for myself. I will never order from here again i rather go to the one down the street in visalia in marys vineyard to get good pizza. I know i will get my moneys worth there. Also all the girls that work at this little caesars are rude and do not know how to make pizza very sloppy.
