Day 1 This Dunkin location has always been a good experience until today when I got my coffee and when I asked about how light the color was with my regular order, they said the company changed the recipe to add water to the coffee. When I called to inquire later on, they said the recipe is actually to add extra ice... this still watering down the coffee. This is so sad, I hope this changes back to normal. It didn’t taste like coffee at all. The manager offered me a refund or I can have my coffee order for free again. I will try it again, I’m all about second chances... but if the drink is still watered down this is very unfortunate if this is going to be the new recipe from here on out. Maybe Cumberland’s iced coffee tastes more like coffee.
Day 2 So, I decided to give the ‘new recipe’ a second chance after the manager kindly offered either a refund or free Drinks.
‘I was just craving a extra watery iced coffee after my 4 mile walk’ said no one ever. the watery drink was awful. What ever higher up manager that decided to add more ice/water to the ice coffee should be fired. It’s nasty and I will tell all the peoples not to get iced coffee here anymore. Too bad Dunkin. We were regulars, but we are just going to have to go somewhere else...
Read moreVery disappointed in this location. Visited today and the door was locked after I made a mobile walk-in order. There was no visible sign saying the lobby was closed. I called the location and was told that I needed to go through the drive-thru line. He said only 2 people were working that day. I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru line where I observed 5 people working in the building through the window, some of them joking around inside. They hadn't even started the order, so I waited another 5 minutes at the window. This is one of many instances where I've been let down by the location that included Iced-T's that were watered down, coffee order wrong, etc. This location is owned by the same owners of the Gardiner location which has better service for some reason. I do try to be understanding as I know places are short staffed and these are difficult jobs in dealing with the public. I also try leave good feedback on the survey's whenever possible when good service is provided as I know places get little recognition. I will not be visit this location ever again due to the poor...
Read moreWent thru drive thru and ordered my usual Med iced coffee with 3 french vanilla swirls and 4 caramel swirls regular cream and sugar I don't understand how the iced Coffee can not taste sweet with all the sugars and 7 swirls. This happens all the time — it should be so sweet -it tastes like an iced Coffee with a fr van shot with ref cream & sugar. I called them in my way home and asked if they ran out out of the swirls as it tastes like none were added —(I’m trying to find out what they are not doing correctly). I had called last week also to speak to the manager for same issue. The man today did apologize offered me another one but I’m home now and that’s not my issue to get another one. The issue is why can’t they make it right if I give them the recipe -they weren’t busy, I was the only one in line -I spend a lot weekly at Dunkin and this happens to me a lot with this order.
Other than that I never have any problems with other items I order—- Just they can’t make my iced...
