Awful experience!!! They packaged rotten food for my pick up order 🤮🤢🥴😷and were so rude. Stay away guys. We can’t take risks with our health these days. I picked up a full tray of chicken Karahi on Friday evening around 4:30/5:00pm. I had driven all the way from auburn hills to pick it up. I put the tray straight in the fridge as I had head out to an event. I came back around 9:45 and went to organize the tray in my glassware after I put my kids to bed. There was a strange smell from the tray was so pungent that my son got out of bed to investigate what the smell was. It permeated the whole house. I called the owner instantly but he didn’t answer. I contacted him first thing the next day to let him know that the food was inedible and asked him if I brought it could he refund the money or replace the food with something that wasn’t spoiled but he was beyond rude and refused to do either. He told me that I had to report it the same day even though he acknowledged that he got my call and didn’t answer it.

I have had the same experience in the past where they packaged up food that was not fresh. But I had always overlooked it and only provided gentle feedback that the food was old but this time the food wasn’t even edible and instead of acknowledging it, the owner was just rude and said he didn’t care. I basically wasted $200 dollars. On the upside, the smell was so pungent that no one could eat it. God only knows what would have happened if my family had eaten it. It was such a disappointing experience from a place we regularly buy food from and spend hundreds of dollars at. Never returning. Just glad we didn’t eat it and end up in the hospital.

By far the worst customer service I have received by any employee/chef, to say the least. I walked into the kitchen area to pick up the food and I ask for onion as a side for the food and, the chef (restaurant operator) gave me an attitude and told me no, straight to my face and walked out to smoke a cigarette. If that wasn't worse enough, they overcharged me about two dollars on top of what I already had to pay. Not to mention he was also persuading me to purchase extra food when I clearly called in before coming in, what I wanted ready upon arrival. If you are a potential customer thinking of spending your hard earned money on some food for the family or perhaps yourself, never go here as you will get treated like a complete fool. The staff is ALWAYS great!! They are polite and they thank you and wish you well after shopping. They have a chef in the back who is always cooking something fabulous!! He doesn't really go by a menu, he gets inspired by what he feels the public would want. They have a good variety of spices, different types of Basmati rice, fresh vegetables such as egg plant, tomatoes, onions on Wednesdays (they get them the night before so they are fresh.
