Hawg's Pen Cafe — Restaurant in Farmington

Not a very good experience. Stopped in for a cocktail and a bit to eat. It was bike week and it was pretty crowded. Couldn't get a bloody mary because they ran out of mix. My wife said that margarita was good and my crown and cheese was pretty decent. The food however wasn't all that good. We both had a burger with tots because the menu was very limited. The tots were good but the burger came out with just cheese on it. The cheese looked like it came out of a plastic wrapper. No lettuce or tomato. It was plain as hell. Was out for Halloween and stopped somewhere that ended up being dead and boring. We had heard the Hawgs pen was also having one, so we decided to wing it! Boy, are we glad we finally decided to stop in and check it out! So much outdoor seating with a fire and a live band! The place was packed, and we had a blast. Stumbled upon this place and the exterior looked fun so decided to check it out. Went inside was pleasantly pleased to find a very clean bar and seating area. Order a couple of drinks and some food.
