McDonald's — Restaurant in Farmington

If you complain about your order being wrong and want them to remake it....THEY WILL BAN you from the store.

The wait time is always horrible and the food is made wrong half the time. I get to the windows and they tell me the no salt fries is a separate bag. I told her I didn't order no salt fries I ordered my burger no salt. She said she didn't ring it up correctly. She offered to redo my fries I said it's ok just give me a salt packet. She told me to pull forward and they will bring out the correct burger. She told me to keep the one they messed up on because they were going to throw it away anyways. No big deal. I pulled forward and fed the wrong burger to my dog while we wait 10 more minutes. A lady comes out and said I need the old burger back. I explained the lady told to keep it and i fed it to my dog. She told me she can't give me the correct burger now. She was nice just relaying the message. The cook manger came out and said the the same thing. I explain to him what happened. He said he made the burger correct. I said well she told me it was wrong. He said the gm is making him do this. I asked to speak to her. And he said she just left. I would have to call tomorrow and talk to her. Mind you he was very polite we were just talking. I told him this is wrong. he said the lady at the window has no right to give away food. Then this woman comes out screaming at me really yelling at the top of her lungs. Saying she's tired of always remaking our order and giving me free food. I asked her why she was yelling and she need to stop. I tried to explain but She continued to yell and said she was the manager and she banned me. Wouldn't give me my food but or money back.

Hands down the worst place in all of Illinois! Went here for simple fish sandwich and fries. How can you mess this up you might be asking well I will tell you. Start by having 3 cars pull to the side waiting for food and then bring all three out at the same time. Well all you have to do is read off the receipt no one can mess that up. How about when the first car listens for one thing and says yup because she's the only person that orders a fish sandwich and fries nobody else would dare order the same as her. Then as the poor high school girl has to try and give me food I didn't order while the first lady says hey I didn't get everything. No way? You didn't get everything Janice could it be because you didn't listen and just heard what you wanted to hear. So then my bag is handed to me opened and gone through touched by this person. Was I offered another order nope just handed my food expected to be happy. Well I'm not otherwise I wouldn't writing this. I truly don't blame the poor girl shoved out there to deal with 3 adult filled vehicles. I blame management for A. sending out a child to do adult work B. not properly training their employee on proper techniques on dealing with a situation like that and C. for having 3 cars pull aside when we were the only 3 in line I would have been fine waiting my turn in line. When I was asked to pull up as the last of 3 I was confused like why who am I making room for? All in all don't go here if your passing through go anywhere else and I mean anywhere else. Long rant over this has been a long day of annoyances but this health code violation just didn't sit...

I went thru the drive-thru about 12:20 p.m. & it was getting very busy. The drive-thru person was very friendly, efficient, & also very quick. I got my food & my Fry's were so hott & fresh 10 minutes later when I got home it was like I had just walked right out of that place. My burgers were also NEAT & my Ice coffee was very sweet not bland. I have honestly NEVER had an experience like this in my life from any McDonald's before! It's like this Every time I come to THIS location & I live in Canton. So I had to write a review. Also, I've NEVER had my order messed up here either. Even the Canton location is very disappointing.
