We ordered a pizza for the first time from this Pizza Hut this evening at 6:40pm. I used the app, and it noted it would be 50-55 mins for delivery. Great! I would expect that is a beyond suitable time frame for a Friday evening, especially Halloween night. I realized at 8:10 that the pizza hadn’t been delivered and called and inquired about the ETA. The employee (who seemed very overwhelmed) stated that they had an oven break down and it would be another 40-45 mins because of this, so expect the pizza before 9:00pm… 9:40 the delivery driver (super great guy) arrives with a hot pizza, which was appreciated. I thanked him and he proceeded to tell me that the oven broke YESTERDAY. Again, I comprehend that things come up, however - they should have been proactive in notifying people that delivery times would be delayed. The driver told me, that owner/management was aware but knew it would impact sales this evening. Shame on them. The ONLY redeeming thing for this evening was the employees who busted their butts to perform their job. And I’m sure under duress- how many folks you think called and verbally assaulted them tonight? It could have been even avoidable.
To every single person who worked tonight, thank you because I’m confident you didn’t hear it much if at all tonight.

Read moreAgain with pizza hut! Went to pick up my pizza already paid for it online, went in and told it would be a couple more minutes. Then waited 15 minutes past pick up time went back in to be told they didnt make 1 of my pizzas. It was already past 8:30 and had 3 hungry children waiting. Totally unacceptable! All pizza huts in general have went downhill. I sure hope they get my refund right since they obviously cant get pizza orders right.
Update just checked my bank account and was charged for the order. Called them and they said they gave me a pizza hut credit instead of refunding my account. So had to waste another 10 minutes of my time to get a refund which now will be available in 5-7 days. So no they cant get orders or credits correct. Will be checking my account to make sure they can get...
Read moreOrdered a pepperoni/mushroom pizza. Received the order, missing mushrooms. Only about 60% of the pizza actually had pepperonis on it. Sent a email to the store letting them know of the error. Receive email back stating call us when your ready, we'll give you a credit. No mention of sorry we didn't call you and refund you for the missing topping we're out of or would you like an alternative since we're out. In the return email, how we're going to prevent the issue's in the future, how much the credit is for, when it expires nor did the manager even acknowledge that 40% of the pizza was cheese with no toppings at all!
