Wayfast increases the menu prices of items for delivery on top of their delivery fee. For example: 14 tenders at North Street is normally $19, through Wayfast it is almost $25. Every item they increase the cost by a decent amount, then charge a delivery fee and service fee. Additionally, their website checks that your address is within their delivery range inaccurately. For me they said they were able to deliver to my house, but only after charging my card did they call to tell me they couldn't drive to my house. They wanted us to meet them instead. I was worried this would happen so before I placed the order I tried calling them twice but nobody answered. I figured the website was accurate and placed the order. They claim they are issuing a refund, but that doesn't fix the inconvenience they caused. I just want everyone else to be aware of this before they place an order so the same thing doesn't happen to them. Only order through them if you are okay with paying a lot more than the menu price, paying more for delivery than most delivery services and are certain you are within their radius (that their own website can't figure out). I will be going with Door dash from now on, I was just trying to support a smaller local business.
EDIT: Editing this review since the company would like to claim the increase in menu price is determined by the restaurant. I spoke to North Street Press Club when I picked up my order myself. They stated Wayfast increases the menu prices, and they (North Street) do not change their prices at all and would not do that. They claimed that Wayfast does this everywhere and this is how they intend to make their profit. I am way more inclined to believe North Street over Wayfast. So this company is indeed profiting off every item you order, plus the delivery fee and then the additional service fee.

We asked that a certain driver not deliver to our home anymore, due to them seeming very sketchy looking around our home and coming up our driveway way to fast, they confirmed that the driver would not be on our route anymore and yet the driver still ended up delivering to our home. Also most drivers don’t seem to have change if you give a cash tip, had to give one lady $40 for a $23 meal. 🚨🚨🚨 UPDATE🚨🚨🚨 No longer allowed to order from them after leaving a honest review of the service I have received from them. After the first couple months of using wayfast, I was told if we tip atleast $7 every delivery that they would deliver to my address even thought it’s right outside of the delivery zone. So we started doing that. One day someone delivered that seemed sketchy and rude and always speeding up and down our driveway, so I requested that, that ONE driver not deliver to our house anymore. I have kids outside playing all the time, you shouldn’t speed up anyone’s driveway regardless. Initially I was told it was not a problem and that person would not deliver to our home anymore however a couple of deliveries later the driver delivered again and did the same as before. So I decided to write a review and now all of a sudden they no longer want to deliver to us per my HONEST review. Requesting ONE driver to not deliver to my home messes up their whole delivery process even though you continued to deliver to my home before I made the review and after I made the request. It seems they don’t like to do business with anyone who writes negative reviews even though I made contact with them regarding the issue before that came about. Read moreI drive a Charter Bus and have ALL the food delivery apps. I’m in 2-4 different cities every week. Over the last few months, I’ve noticed the quality of the Services declining. Things like, forgotten items, forgotten utensils, no drink, late delivery (because they’re ‘completing a delivery near you), taking so long to deliver the food was cold (except the time I ordered ice cream, it was melted). The Services have always tried to make it right (refund the missing item or refunding the entire order). But I’m still hungry and disappointed. For the first time, I used Wayfast. Holy Cow! THIS is how it’s supposed to be! I ordered, checked into my room, started downstairs to ask the Desk Clerk if they allowed Delivery to the room or would I need to meet the delivery in the Lobby. The guy met me at the elevator with my food! He was headed for my room as I was getting ready to go down. Couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes from the order time. EVERYTHING was there and the food was hot (even the fries)! From now on, when I’m in a Hotel, I’m looking to see if Wayfast is available before I order. Very well...
