⭐☆☆☆☆ Short version: Long wait, rude service, cold food, missing items, and a coffee that was nothing like what I usually get. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Full review: I usually enjoy this Dunkin’ and order the same thing every time, but today’s visit through the drive-thru was very disappointing. The wait was extremely long, and when we finally got our order, the food was cold. They forgot two items, and we had to ask for them before leaving. My coffee wasn’t sweet at all, even though I specifically asked for sweetener, and it didn’t taste anything like it normally does.

We paid on one card and asked for a receipt — the team member said “ok,” but when we didn’t get it and asked again, he just said, “we’re out of receipt paper.” On top of that, the employee at the window was very rude and acted annoyed with every single thing we said. Definitely not the kind of customer service or quality I expect. Will not be coming back to this location...

No donuts at 5 pm. No coffee made. 2 counter workers and no customers. They were friendly and kind. What is the point of staying open when you don't have fresh coffee and donuts. The coffee she made had way too much sweeter in it. Did not follow my directions. I was traveling from Tenn. to NC via Va. and stopped here with the bad traffic. The parking lot was huge and the place looked new but was disappointed. Won't be stopping at DD anymore. I usually go the KK. But a few times a year. I stopped at another just before the Va line and they didn't want to trade out my coffee for a new one. Said it was not their fault! Different store. When I asked for the manager she rolled her eyes! After the manager reluctantly gave me my coffee and said I hope this one is better! I mentioned to the drive-through girl that the other place was also out of donuts and she smiled and said that happens quite often. And I said well that's odd that place called Dunkin' Donuts doesn't have donuts or coffee made. She just shrugged...

Choosing the stars is hard because the problem is not the staff. It us the LACK of staff!!! I only go there in the mornings. I do mobile orders to pick up in drive thru several times a week. Service was fine from the time this location first opened until about 6 weeks ago. Then, there started being only 2 employees there before 7:00 a.m. There are 2 schools nearby & many of those emplyees have time be at work by 7:15, parents often stop by before school or after drop off, and interstate is 1/2 mole away that is a main route to several major employees and it is a main route to the airport. I personally have waited more than 20 minutes fir a mobile order on more than one occasion. I have heard MANY similar stories and some worse. Also the sign on the front of the building has several letters that are mo longer working. This must be one of the newest stores in this area. Has corporate or the franchise owner already...
