Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Fayette

I’m glad that they finally upgraded Dairy Queen. It was well overdue. I went through the drive-through today and the food was fresh and I got through the line pretty quickly. Which was good considering there were about six cars in front of me. In the past that would’ve taken 45 minutes. Overall, it looks nice and definitely a lot better than before.

Edit to my review: The upper portion of my review was from opening day. It seems the same standards are not met after that. We have went a couple of times and received half melted ice cream. Another time I had ordered shakes that are supposed to come with whipped cream. Instead of just telling me they were out of whipped cream from the start, the employee caught an attitude when I asked about it. Tone is everything people. If you hate your job, don’t work there. The wait times are also back up to over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I haven’t ordered any hot food since opening day but I’ve heard it is not worth it because it...

We first walked in and the store is newly remodeled. It looks like it'll be a nice place but the customer service is ridiculous. The crew is extremely unprofessional..the manager walks around with a backwards hat not helping his new employees. The guy cooking in the back, has ear buds in and was playing on his phone. Set his phone down put gloves on and started making food. After he made the food he got back on his phone for a bit then he had his head laying on the counter. The food was made wrong and we had to have it remade. The food was cold. The only employee we encountered that was nice and trying to be helpful was the guy who just started and couldn't get anyone to help him. Hopefully this place gets their act together so they can...

I would give 0 stars but it's not an option. Stopped by here and was shocked to see the staff just eating fries from the fryer warmer grazing like cows. First the staff girl responsible played with their hair then clothing after that rubbed their nose before reaching their bare hands to snack on fries from the bin. I mean least they could do would be to scoop some out into a basket and put under counter not graze like cows in front of customers. If this is what they are doing with the fries what else and how else they treating the food.? My dad got an ice cream and I am sure glad I didn't get any food with the chanches of cross contaminating food when the servers reaching in the fry bin...
