This place has a great deal on pizza and wings, and the flavor is great, however I will no longer be ordering here again. We've ordered from them many times, and they've never had any problems delivering to our address. However, last week I ordered their pizza for me and my mother, and it never arrived. I called 4 times in 2 hours, and no one had come to deliver. From the time I called, it should have only been 45 minutes. I waited outside on a cold day hoping to flag down whoever it was delivering the pizza. They never came. The person who accepted the calls gave me the same excuse every time (with her attitude get worse each time): "It'll be there any minute now!", and "They're leaving now!" and "Our driver has multiple orders so it'll be a minute!" and my personal favorite (the lie) "We've called you a thousand times!". I was patient with them, but because I wasn't very assertive, I had my mother make the final call, after 2 hours and 55 minutes of waiting. She requested to speak with the owner, and she explained that every time we order from them, we normally have no issues, and we always spend 60+ dollars there. The owner handed the phone over to the same girl who accepted my earlier calls. While talking to her, we learned that she was also the delivery girl. My mom asked her to refund the money taken from my card, and to provide a confirmation number. The phone was given back to the owner, and she repeated her request for a confirmation number. The owner screamed at her to "never ever call here again", and hung up on her. I would be more understanding about not finding our house if this were the first time we ordered from them. We live less than 10 minutes away from them! And they never called us, we always called them! Their customer service is terrible, and allegedly, there's mouse droppings in their food anyway. Save yourself the energy and buy a Digorno's. It tastes...

I ordered a large create your own stromboli. With pepperoni and 2X extra cheese. The create your own option gives you choice of 3 toppings included. It was supposed to cost $17.99 for the stromboli with the three toppings but was charged an even $20.00 . I also ordered a 2 litter of root beer. It arrived as per the time frame they gave. But as I have learned since I moved here 3 years ago, no one here seems to have a clue on how to make a stromboli. A stromboli has toppings, cheese and sauce inside a nicely baked pizza dough. A large should be half the diameter of a large pizza width wise and same size of a large pizza in length. Every place I have oreded a stromboli screws this up everytime. Not wide enough, not long enough and no one ever puts the sauce inside. And everytime I ask for that. This time I not only described what I wanted in the online order but called to confirm it as well. It's simple to remember, Strombolis have sauce inside and Calzones don't. So in the end I was over charged for a thin stromboli with no sauce inside. They did include the sauce on the side but if I have to add it myself and they are so incompetent that they can't follow simple instructions (like the delivery instructions of which door to deliver too. Which was not followed either) that it shocks me so many of these places are still open. At least they are not as bad as Pizza King, who charge you the same price for a stromboli (which they call a "Pizza Twist" but the twist is that its personal sized but priced as a large) That place charges way to much for knock off beach pizza. They even make a version of Grottos pizza and call it a "Delaware pizza" The stromboli tasted good but due to a total lack of ability to follow instructions I have to give this...

We order here because it is convenient and sometimes it’s good however it is over priced and the delivery is always over an hour and the delivery driver today had the nerve to complain and say the drivers are complaining because of tips.. but how much tip does a person want when the food is cold and it’s been over an hour and I live 3 minutes from the shop? I am never nasty or disrespectful but this is the job you chose and you knew what you were signing up for and you don’t come to someone’s house that spends good money and tips you even though the the above problem persist.. then when you call the owner/ boss he gets smart with you as if your money doesn’t matter and that it’s ok for someone to come to your home and complain about how much of a tip you give after spending a good amount of money .. another thing I get that it is hard out here but it’s not just hard for them it’s hard for the families ordering food as well and I never want to spend my hard earned money somewhere that has no problem speaking to me as if I don’t matter and cannot take constructive criticism to hear feedback from customers..but I still pray that they turn their attitudes around and drop the arrogance..your not the only pizza place and should be thankful and respectful when people spend their hard earned money at your establishment…and the food is only good some of the time and the order is usually lacking something I requested I just never call and complain but I guess I should have been … have a blessed day and I pray you start to value...
