Honestly, I come here quite regularly but tonight I am sitting here at the bar by myself and I’m kind of feeling cringe at the fact of the way the bartender is talking to customers. From what I’m gathering, she realizes that the guy sitting next to me is trying to hit on her. He’s in his mid 50s and she’s early 20s. So he’s doing his very best obviously. But when it comes to me, I’m getting the worst service because I am giving the least amount of chitchat. I didn’t leave a tip because I’m not impressed or thrilled with the service I received tonight and I’m not sure if I will be coming back.
Edit: I talk to texted this review while walking to the bathroom. When I came back, my drink was gone and my chair was pulled back from the bar because the servers were cleaning. I’m literally the only customer here and feel like I just got kicked out because the staff was ready to...
Read moreWent to Fireplace tonight for my first Thursday Night trivia. The Trivia Host was funny and witty. The waitress was probably the best I have ever had in Fenton and my drink never went empty. I waited one hour and thirty minutes before I cancelled my order for nachos. The waitress felt horrible and was visibily upset but over the course of my wait I watched table after table be apologized to because of the long wait for food. The kitchen was completely understaffed to handle the crowd and when I asked the "normal" trivia goers I was told everyone just eats before they go because this happens every week. I texted a few friends before writing this post who live "right around the corner" and the story from everyone is the same. Wonderful wait staff. Great bartender. Horrible kitchen service. I had fun at trivia but won't be back. Great place...

Our son was recently diagnosed with epilepsy, I approached the owner and asked him if there was going to be any flashing lights (as there’s many “party/DJ” lights that I noticed but were thankfully currently off) or if the light strip was going to change. The owner told me about the emergency light just in case but instead of informing staff or a thanks for making me aware I got a “well I won’t be messing the lights but I don’t know what others will do” then laughed. Ummmm you’re the owner, shows how much you care about your customers. After talking to a few people this didn’t shock them one bit coming from him. Thankfully, there was some staff that did care and it was a different outcome being why I helped clean tables out of respect for them...
