Eagles Aerie — Restaurant in Fergus Falls

I’m a caregiver and friend for a Veteran who’s been an Eagles member for over 28 years. He also was wounded in war with vocal chord issues. I DID NOT appreciate the young blonde waitress giving him trouble with his drink order and the other older brunette next to him laughing at him when I walked up to assist him. The bar tender should be more heart felt and know a lot of Vet’s that established the place she works in, are not only older but may have ailments unknown to the public. You and other people in this establishment should be more kind, more considerate to the men who served our country and treat them with dignity and respect. Sure it was way rowdy in there and it was only 3/4pm but you could’ve come closer to him to hear, that make a scene or embarrass him then to not stop that other older lady from laughing at him. Proper service would have suggested she’d stop her cackling so you could properly hear him instead of yall both making fun of him. I’m terribly disappointed that he was so proud to go there for a drink and this occurs. I’d ask management to strongly consider giving these bar tenders a class in consideration of what real Veteran’s went through in their lives. Respect is key in serving them back properly later in...

This place has great potential but needs some work. The food and drinks don’t break the bank so it WOULD be a great place to meet and chill with friends. Problems are people are way over served here, customers are sloppy drunk, like falling off chairs drunk. Yet the employee continue to serve, not even taking keys or calling Ubers. They don’t care about the safety of their customers or individuals who could be killed by someone leaving there. Also the attitude from employees is deplorable.
