Big John's Bar-B-Que — Restaurant in Ferriday

I tried this location for the first time today. I usually drive to the location near Jonesboro, LA but I didnt feel like the drive today. Needless to say, I wish I would have. I wanted a freshly made to order burger but instead I recieved a precooked burger that was reheated on the grill to melt the cheese. (I know this because I observed the worker prepare my meal as I paid) my burger was out in less that 5 minutes. It was horrible. I tossed it and drove to my old reliable BIG John's, 40 miles away. PLEASE PREPARE YOUR BURGERS TO ORDER. PRECOOKED BURGERS HAS CAUSED YOU ALL A BAD REVIEW. IT ONLY TAKES 10 MINITES!

The food is actually pretty good, but considering the bathroom never has soap or paper towels, I don't find it tempting to eat here knowing that the cook (nor myself) can't wash his/her hands when using the restroom. Not to mention, every time I walk in, I'm reminded that I have to go get cash out of the atm (off site) because they don't accept credit/debit cards. Are you kidding me? Big John used to be the place I would go to eat. When I came into town. I attempted to place an order over the phone. The employees were telling everyone they weren't taking orders over the phone. So, I went in just to be told they are out of everything. Only item they are serving are hamburgers on the menu. The restaurant was very filthy. I don't know how they would pass a health inspection. Take pride in what you do. Wouldn't encourage anyone...
