Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Fillmore

I went to McDonald's in Gorman, CA, because it was a Friday and I was hoping the Filet 0'Fish deal was available (2 for $5). I went to wash my hands in their bathroom, and it was filthy--toilet paper all over the floors and no hand soap in either of the two dispensers. I looked around for a place to sit and the empty tables were all dirty. The soda station, needless to say, was a sticky mess. I ran away!

This Carl's Jr. is just around the corner. I went straight to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was SPOTLESS! The wonderful smell of cleaner, no papers on the floor, hand soap galore! I went to the counter and asked for the manager. I didn't want to scare the cashier (Leonardo) so I told him it was good news. He went and got her, and her name is Samantha. I complimented her on the condition of the store and thanked her for her hard work. I hope I made her happy. Managers usually only hear bad news.

I went through the drive through and the girl was so rude and made me come inside to order food which is thee exact reason drive thrus were created right? I go inside to talk to the manager and she didnt even acknowledge my concerns or anything at all. I'm taking a trip to Santa Cruz. Already hungry and frustrated and I had to deal with this. Worst customer service ive every dealt with. I do customer service work. And this place has some serious managment issues. Something needs to be dont about this. Cause they just pissed me off on another level. I understand that its lunch time but simply being nice and considerate goes a long way. I mean isnt that what customer service is all about. Its one thing for a employee to be rude but when the manager is rude that lets you know something is seriously not right. People that you pay to give you food should never be rude. I work hard for my money and we work to eat. Why would I wanna pay for an attitude?

Omg , Gorman Carl's jr is great. They had two young men that were the most polite hardworking counter guys I have ever seen in fastfood . Loked like high school kids. Awesome , with taking the orders , so polite with sir, tank you, and when they tok my order and I waited. They had a rag in hand wiping down everything. Brooming under the drink machines. I talked to them and so nice, I wish I got ter. Names. I wa so impressed by those two guys, I would hire them to come and work in my office if I want so far away from them. The boss and owner of that Gorman Carl's needs to know the two young guysworking 3 or so pm are good workers and need to be out in a management class if Carl's has. Some early training and those guys will be a asset to there community and there future will have no limits. For now Carl's Jr is so lucky to get such workers with a real work ethic....
