The severe was terrible. The management was very rude to us and other guest. They would set bags of food on the counter and very softly call out #'s no one could hear what he said. Them people would start looking in bags to see if irlt was there's while touching food in the bags we saw at least 6 people look in this 1 bag to see if it was there's then a guest called the # of that bag which was ours after 6 different guest touch our food 13 min went by and it was ours we asked the manager for our money back. He was a young rude disrespectful blond kid. Who walked away from us and continued to serve ice cream when another employee was already making them, we saw them throw away 7 different ice creams cuz someone else was making same order. There must have been 15 if not more employees and 2 managers this place was a wreck no one knew what was going on 2 employees apologize for the management behavior. I will be calling this McDonald's to make a formal complaint as I nor other guest were happy we saw 3 families turn around and walk out the door. One man just left without his food or money after he witnessed the terrible management of this Mcdonalds. I nor my friends who go there often will never step foot in this place. Talk about terrible management and apparently this one is privately owned says management. Oh and good luck on your complaint lady. I never in my life met such a rude kid blond boy manager. I don't know his name because he had no ID tag on and wasn't willing to give it to me. My husband and I are in our late 50's and we travel a lot never have I seen such a crazy disfunctional crew at any restaurant. Read moreIf they run out of the food you ordered, don’t expect to get your money back easily. Stopped here during a morning when they were extremely busy. We had to wait a while, which was understandable given the crowd (we waited over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches) but when when our order number was finally called we were told they were out of the fruit parfaits we ordered. We asked for our money back and we were directed to go to the front cash register (where a line of people out the door were waiting). She then told us we had to wait until someone paid in cash before she could open the register to give us our money back. I asked for a manager and she came over and opened the register but then only gave us $2.50 for the two parfaits we ordered (our receipt said $2.98 before tax). Having worked at Burger King for years, I was always able to get a manager and use our POS system to give customers the exact money they are owed when they needed money back in situations like this. I don’t understand why this was so complicated. The manger should have been able to use their system to totally up the difference in what we are owed. If I was the manger, I would have gone to a register and rang up two fruit parfaits to see what the price was after tax and had it in my hand when I called the order number. This place is great for a quick bite or coffee. Kayla was extremely helpful, professional and easy to communicate with during our visit.
Everyone on staff was cheerful and eager to help. There was a good vibe here.
The dining area was clean as well as the bathroom.
They have TV and really neat tables that light up and change colors. They're interactive also. I thought I left my thermos and called after we'd left and even though it was closing time they still answered my call and checked the bathroom and dining room for my cup.
There's plenty of parking and a nice outdoor seating area where you can eat. They even gave me water for my dogs.
They had no problem with my boyfriend and I playing in the restaurant as we waited on a fresh pot of coffee.
I can tell this is a fun place to work as everyone got along well with each other and treated the guests as if they were friends. The fella who took our order should be recognized too but I forgot to get his name, he was very sociable with each person he came in contact with as far as I could tell.
I highly recommend visiting this location if you're ever in the area of Southern California. It is a great place to stop and recharge if you're on the road...
