McDonald's — Restaurant in Flagstaff

Had a camping trip in the area just 5 minutes down from this establishment and figured it’d be our best bet for breakfast..boy was I wrong. Saturday, August 16 they had us waiting over 40/45 minutes for some breakfast only for them to tell us that they had already thrown all the breakfast away and we wouldn’t be receiving a refund until 3-5 business after. Luckily they did comp us with some free lunch. However the next day (Sunday, August 17th) we had another incident. I figured we should give them a second chance and sent my husband alone for some breakfast only for the same thing to happen. He had already gotten to our camp site when we noticed the didn’t give us 2 out of our 5 orders of pancakes. Sent my husband back and made sure to call beforehand so they wouldn’t think we were lying, only for him to get accused of lying once he got there. The two employees that were up front were not only giving him attitude but they were also being snarky with the other big group of people whose orders they had messed up on as well. Needless to say this is definitely not a go to stop and if they can’t handle the amount of orders they get all day every day then maybe they shouldn’t be there. Place is nasty, no napkins, I am a former McDonald's employee and can tell the patties have been sitting in the basket for 3 hours or more.

Not a single clean table. Was in around 840- ordered a big mac SUB chicken patties med combo, 2 of the bogo double cheeseburgers, and a medium quarter pounder meal. Didn't get a receipt after asking, and was charged $49???? I figured whatever ill let it slide.

I tried a few sodas at the soda machine and they have little to no carbonation almost like when you leave a drink on the counter all night.

I go to eat my big mac and there's beef patties that are also very old. Management- i promise I'm not one to complain. I was a shift lead for 6 years. I get it, stuff happens but I'm writing this review to help you get your staff pulled back in because they have way too much leeway.

They weren't busy at all, no reason why it should be this bad. Hell they can pull cameras and see that me nor my little brother finished the food due to how old and nasty it tasted.

I went through the drive-thru bought one meal and two plain hamburgers for my dog that's bread and meat and my total was $29. The staff members were not very friendly. I then left only to find that they forgot the french fries with my meal and when I went back they were not polite about it but did give me the french fries. What happened to McDonald's being the place where even the poor kids could go to have a burger they don't have anything on their dollar menu That's food besides a small fry and four nuggets I know four year olds that eat three times that. The price of everything has gone up so much but not income. We have to do something about this this is ridiculous no one can afford to live on their own anymore that's why we have so many homeless people too because in Arizona people are allowed if they own the property raise the rent any amount they want in other states there's only certain percentage per year they're allowed to.
